Weekend getaway

Fantastic for family gathering

Great host and great home

The host was very accommodating and very easy to work with. He responded within minutes to any communication. He was very nice when my husband forgot a couple of interns at the property and arranged to get them back to us. I would recommend staying at this location in the future. I have two sons and they loved playing with the foosball table, mini golf set and the arcade game. Great spacious home and great central location for our family to stay in!!!

Home away from home

We had a great stay in Sioux Falls! The place was very clean, comfortable, and easily accessible to everything in town. Our group of 10 all had plenty of space and felt right at home. The host communicated clearly and promptly, making the whole experience smooth. We would definitely come back again!

Nice House - But Not Consistent With Description and Pics

We had a good stay and house was ok...Where it fell short:Needs a interior paint job. Most of furniture was old/run down. Grill outside was unusable. 1 shower didn't work. Dishwasher didn't work. Kitchen not well stocked (e.g. plates etc.). Floors were a uneven/soft in places. No screens on windows.When I complained about the shower and dishwasher... host reluctantly gave us a 50 refund.

We had a great time in SF!! Matt was awesome to communicate with and always answered my questions pretty quickly, which was super nice! The house was also nice and cute. It could use a little updating in certain areas, but overall clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was not what we expected upon arrival. Seemed like the “rough” side of town, but I also think that’s just how many of those neighborhoods are. We would stay again, especially because Matt was so easy to communicate with and made everything seamless!

Great House for get together

We had our daughter’s 16th birthday party/sleepover at this house and it was perfect for the get together! A nice big tv/gaming area with foosball table, and dining area where we played lots of card games. The rooms were big and lots of bathrooms. We’d stay again!

Family Holiday Gathering

We had our belated family Christmas get-together and chose Sioux Falls as the central gathering place as we are 3 families traveling from 2 states. We enjoyed our stay in Matt's home very much. It was clean and had plenty of room for us to gather our group of 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids) We loved the family room with plenty of space and seating for us all to be together. The beds were all very comfortable!Communication, check in and check out were a breeze and the owners were very prompt in answering any questions I had. I appreciated how easy they made this for us!We will definitely choose to stay here, or in any of Matt's properties in the future!
