Mid-Term Guest Policy
For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

These measures are mandatory and ensure a secure and seamless experience for all parties
* Quiet time after 11 p.m
* There must be no illegal substances used on the property
* The guest who made the reservation is liable for ensuring that each person in the reservation complies with the rules.
* Please follow the smoking policy. If we discover a smoke odor after you check out, we will charge you $250 for a smoke cleanup.
* You may be invoiced for replacement costs if any towels or sheets are permanently damaged or gone.
* Please park in a garage or driveway. Only front-of-house parking is permitted on the street. Do not park in front of other people`s houses.
* Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
* Please don`t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
* As a guest, treat our home with the same decency as if you were staying with a close friend or relative. We value common decency.
* Please pick up any trash, spills, and dropped goods. Even though we try to emulate a five-star hotel, everyday cleaning service is not included. Please let us know if you would like to hire a cleaning service during your visit for an extra cleaning cost.
* Before every guest, we inventory the linens and furniture. If anything is missing when you check out, we`ll file a claim with Airbnb to get the replacement cost back from the main guest.
