The Space
Built in 1947 and recently renovated from top to bottom, Sanford Hub blends mid-century bones with modern comfort. The main level flows from a sun-lit living room into the cheery kitchen. Down the hall you’ll find a queen bedroom a day-bed/trundle and trundle bed plus a full bath. Downstairs, a bedroom holds two queen beds and another bedroom down the hallway has another queen. The finished lower level also has a ¾ bath and laundry.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire home, garage, back deck, and fenced yard. Keypad code is sent the morning of arrival for seamless 24-hour check-in.

Medical: Literally across 22nd Street from Sanford & Sanford Children’s.
