Sinj town is the heart of Dalmatia, and not only in the geographical sense. It is a historic town where brave locals also protected the coast from the Turkish invasions, located only 30 km inland from the famous town Split. It’s nestled in the River Cetina Valley and surrounded by three majestic mountains: Kamešnica, Svilaja, and Dinara. The region of Sinj is rich and diverse featuring magnificent views of the mountains, forests, and the Cetina river. The minimarket is located only 1km far, the restaurant and a bar only 500m, and the town Sinj is only 3.5km far.

Activities in the Sinj area: The riding here offers you an insight into the heart of Croatia, exploring untouched areas of beauty, interesting old villages, and a variety of terrain. Besides horse riding, there is the chance to visit Sinj itself - a town with an interesting history which is well known for the game called Alka. This was originally a knights' game that has been around for over 280 years and is featured in the Sinj museum.
We recommend visiting the Sinj museum which is 3.4km from the property and it is very much worth visiting. It is so well arranged, interactive and innovative, that it makes you want to know about Alka even more. Villa has its own Tennis court with artificial grass that is very pleasant to play on, but in case you really like Tennis clay courts, then there is an excellent tennis club in Sinj where you can enjoy playing there in a beautiful ambiance or even arrange a sparring partner.
If you wish to experience more adrenalin then try an amazing mountain quad safari. You can drive an ATV mountain tour through some amazing landscapes of Dalmatian inland and Kamešnica mountain, or you can take a river tour. Lots of a great time, a great landscape, a great experience, and great memories for life. If you prefer cycling, then you can come to cycle along River Cetina or some of the other beautiful biking trails, driving through places where you can witness some of nature's most beautiful landscapes.
Must-visit locations are for sure a famous town Split (37km, or 40min) with its great historical attractions like Diocletian Palace and old town, protected by UNESCO. You can have a nice tour of Krka waterfalls (1-hour drive) and on your way back visit the UNESCO town Trogir which is sometimes called a city museum because of its rich cultural heritage and intact authentic architecture.
