*The outdoors offers a private heated swimming pool 4 m x 7 m (Please note that the pool water temperature, even when heated, can depend on weather conditions and the season. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific pool temperatures), a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs and sun umbrellas, an outdoor table tennis, a swing sofa, a tree swing, a playground with a tent and many toys for your youngest, privacy, and spectacular views of the natural environment and Sinj on horisont. A covered dining area for six with a barbecue (wood-charcoal), a kitchen top with an electric cooktop, and a sink A family bathroom with a shower and washing machine is next door.
*The ground floor offers a cute and air-conditioned living area with a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for a very comfortable stay (a Nespresso capsule coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, etc.), a dining table for 6, a sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed), a TV, free WiFi, and a fire place.
*The first floor offers a gallery with a sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed for two kids or one adult) and a TV.
Bedroom NO1 has a queen-size bed measuring 160x200 cm, air conditioning, and views of the pool and natural environment.

Activities in the Sinj area: Riding horses here gives you a unique perspective on Croatia, allowing you to discover undiscovered regions of fascinating old villages on a range of terrains. In addition to horseback riding, there is the opportunity to explore Sinj, a town known for the game Alka and with a fascinating past. Originally played by knights, this game has been around for more than 280 years and is on display at the Sinj museum. Situated 10km away from the property, the Sinj museum is highly recommended to visit. It is so inventive, engaging, and well-organized that it leaves you wanting to learn even more about Alka.
If you wish to experience more adrenalin then try an amazing mountain quad safari. Must-visit locations are for sure a famous town Split (40km, or 44min drive) with its great historical attractions like Diocletian Palace and old town, protected by UNESCO. You can have a nice tour of Krka waterfalls (1-hour drive) and on your way back visit the UNESCO town Trogir which is sometimes called a city museum because of its rich cultural heritage and intact authentic architecture. The nearest highway exit/entrance is Dugopolje 25km and the nearest airport is Split Airport SPU which is 50km far or less than an hour's drive.
