Uninhabitable. New roof being installed right after we checked in. Scared our dog and us. Owner refused full refund. Had to book alternate property for more money. Ban this owner.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was the perfect location for my husband, toddler, and I! It was so convenient being able to take a short walk back from the beach to let my little one nap, eat, etc. It was also close to many great restaurants and stores. I also really appreciated how responsive the host was to my questions and loved that the property was so clean. We will definitely book this property again!

Annual Family Reunion

This little gem is perfectly located to everything in Singer Island. Literally just a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars. The house provides very basic kitchen supplies, so you will want to bring some of your own (spices, utensils, extra trash bags, etc). We brought our own coffee pods which was perfect for the one cup pod machine. They do also have a small pot coffee machine. You will enjoy this little gem.... and Jenny (the owner) is great with communication.

Nice place near the beach

It is a nice cosy apartment, very convenient for those who want to go to the beach. The place is very clean. Negative sides are: if there are other families with children in the apartment nearby, you will hear everything that happens in the other apartment: the walls are thin! There is no access to the back door garden, no way to sit outside. The bathroom is tiny, with no place to put a beauty case or other products. Other minor points, easy to fix: There is no american coffee machine in the kitchen, nor any water kettle to make a tea or a filter coffee. The liquid soap and other cleaning products have been so diluted that they were completly useless.

Amazing stay!!

We came down to Florida a few days early for a cruise. The location of this house is super close to the Margaritaville at Sea Cruise. A few great restaurants within walking distance and the beach is so close! The house was great! We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful gem next to the beach

This cozy place it is a hidden gem, so close to the beach within walking distance less than 4 min walk. we enjoy the gorgeous clear turquoise waters and even spotted a manatee swimming by the shore. Great location to do snorkeling, we saw many colorful fish in our visit to peanut island. It is close to many restaurants. The unit has all the needed amenities to cook and both TVs have a variety of channels to keeps your kiddos busy after spending the day at the beach. We really enjoy our stay.

Property manager was easy to deal with. Ceiling fans not clean, no chairs to sit on that were practical. Only a small couch. Chair in living room not really usable. No place to sit outside of condo. Washing machine broken during stay.

Cozy clean and everything you need

We had a great experience! The owner gave thorough instruction and we had no complications at all. We enjoyed the 2 roku tvs one in the living room one in the bedroom. They had some beach gear in the closet which was very helpful. 3 minute walk to the beach the location could not be better if you’re looking for a low key vacation experience in the Florida sunshine.

Great location! Great unit! Great owner!

Superb communication and reservation & check in / check out process. Great unit for my wife and I as we evacuated from the west coast of FL to the east coast to ride out hurricane Ian. Phenomenal location with easy access to the beach and wonderful neighborhood feel. Close to restaurants. Full kitchen! Updated unit. Decently stocked. Only slight constructive feedback for owner
 an updated shower head would be ideal and maybe an additional pot and skillet. Super minor stuff. This place is dang near perfectly operated.

Amazing stay

This is a great location, great looking place, everything. We absolutely loved staying here and Jenny was awesome. We had a few questions for her throughout our stay and she replied back within minutes. I cannot recommend this enough for a couples get away !!

Great Location, clean, and comfortable

We stayed with our 2 small dogs. Unit was redone inside, clean, and hospitable with everything you need to stay. Washer/dryer is on premises shared with other units. Easy access. Would definitely revisit. The beach is across the street and inlet in walking distance. Great place to visit.

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I absolutely loved staying at Jenny’s property and are already looking forward to booking a future trip! The listing was accurate and Jenny was super responsive with all communication. The rental was clean and well kept with all amenities on site.
