très mauvais ratio qualité prix

n'est pas un 4 étoiles!!! limite 3 étoiles chambres et équipements de mauvaise qualité, salle de bain, médiocre clim ne fonctionne pas! Internet prix exorbitant!!!

The beds were ok but the noice from other rooms and the street was disturbing. The staff was friendly but the whole hotel was in an urgent need of renovation.

Nice room they give us. Excellent.

Pros: Near to food mall. With swimming and children enjoy it, accommodating staff.
Cons: Satisfied
Location: Maybe , needs a an or car to collect residents. It was hard for us to find a van to accommodate 6 persons.
Staff are accommodating, though their accent sometimes can not be understood we can adjust. Staff attending to us is sympathetic as he try to comfort us and pity the 4 children . He upgrade our 2 rooms instead and open the rooms for us after cleaning at 1pm, so the children can rest. Thank you

Very big room excellent for couple:)

Location: Have bus stop very near and shops so close just beside the hotel
The room was big the bed was big The swimming pool is good medium size Near bus stop Have MRT walking distance Have shops very nearby Big flat screen TV :)

Nicht Schlecht

Für unsere Städtereise von 4 Tagen absolut in Ordnung. Gute Anbindung an die Sehenswürdigkeiten. 2 MRT Stationen und eine Bushaltestelle fast vor der Türe. Das Hotel ist in einen guten Zustand

Hotelli täytti odootukset

Hotelli oli perus-siisti, mutta tarvitsee jo vähitellen päivitystä. Aamiaispöytä oli riittävä ja vaihtelua oli viikon aikana riittävästi. Hotellista ei ollut pitkä matka Novenan metroasemalle, joten siirtyminen kohteita katselemaan ei ollut vaikeaa. Luksushotelli olisi ollut tyhlausta näin ensimmäisellä kerralla Singaporessa, koska erinomaisessa kaupungissa oli paljon katsottavaa ja meille riitti 7:ksi päiväksi ohjelmaa aamusta iltaan. Hotelli oli nukkuma- ja pesupaikka, jossa sai myös kätevästi hyvän aamiaisen. Singaporeen tulee lähdetttyä vielä joskus uudestaan ja silloin varmaan satsaamme vähän enemmän hotelliin ja sen sijaintiin.

Good value family holiday location

The hotel is looking a little tired and in need of refurbishment, whilst there was no major fault, the elevators worked, plumbing was okay, television was fine it just had an old feel about everything. Previous correspondents have commented on the reception, it was fine with booking in and out and attention to queries prompt and efficient, the breakfast buffet was good with a wide choice although the restaurant in the same room in the evening offered a limited quantity of below average food with very little western food, so visiting families with children take note. There is a good size outdoor pool which is a plus, although in the 4 days we were there, and the kids used the pool, I never saw it cleaned
