Tenemos todo lo necesario para que disfrutes en compañía de tus seres queridos y se sientan como en su propia casa. La propiedad estå totalmente equipada y nuestro equipo estå 24/7 pendiente de sus necesidades.



Sabemos lo importante que es estar conectado hoy en dĂ­a, tanto para tomar clases o hasta para trabajar desde casa, por eso contamos con internet de alta velocidad en toda la casa.



Las habitaciones estån totalmente equipadas. Cuentan con baño propio, aire acondicionado y espacios cómodos para nuestros visitantes.



La piscina es lo mejor. Es muy grande y muy segura. Ademås, contamos con un amplio bar con terraza, y una zona con camastros y hamacas para que te relajes y disfrutes en compañía de tus amigos o familia.



Contamos con un comedor dentro de la casa y otro al aire libre para que disfrutes tus alimentos mientras sientes la brisa del mar refrescĂĄndote.



Tenemos ademĂĄs un amplio y muy seguro estacionamiento con capacidad para que tĂș y tus invitados puedan dejar sus autos, y puedan entrar y salir cuando lo deseen.

Our newly constructed home, designed by a famous Studio specialized in beach properties, will host the best memories for you and your family.



We have immediate access to the beach and the house is designed for complete privacy and safety. You will have the full house to yourself.



The Space:

4 bedroom with bathroom in every room.



Enjoy the sunrise and sunset in the best location in the Yucatan Peninsula.



The house is located in the small fishing village of San Crisanto, very close to the local wharf and equipped with everything you need to have a joyful time.



This is by far the best deal you'll get in YucatĂĄn. This is our newly built family summer house so we take special care of it and now we are happy to share with you.



No hidden-fees, NO TIPS, fill the fridge with your favorite drinks, don't pay extra :)



+ Feel free to cook your Mexican eggs for breakfast in a very modern and well equipped kitchen. (You might even arrange to go fishing in the morning with local fishers and cook at noon an amazing seafood cocktail).

Excellent Property and Host

Beautiful home and layout, especially the outdoor entertaining space. The host was extremely responsive and the caretaker couple were very helpful and quick to arrive if we needed anything. The view is outstanding and my favorite part was watching the sunset and the water through the palm trees while sitting in the barstools that faced that way.

Nice house

Excellent host and cleaning crew. I forgot some of my belongings at the house after I checked out. I messaged Alberto and I got my stuff back from the lady that cleans the house without a problem. Easy check in/check out, quiet neighborhood and the restaurant The Palapa that’s a block away from the house serves delicious food.

Home is dirty, run down, smelly, has roaches and DOORS DO NOT LOCK!

The link to google maps that they sent did not work - I spent an additional 45 minutes trying to find the property managers to get the location. The property is filthy and smelly, spiders/spiderwebs on every corner in the bathroom, a live roach in one bedroom, the TV in my bedroom did not work. The worst part of the experience is that two doors were completely unable to be closed and locked. I contacted the property manager - who asked me to send pictures, which I did - along with video - and they did nothing. I slept in a bedroom with the door locked (and had to slam the door to get it to latch) by myself in Mexico. NOT a positive experience. I rent frequently from VRBO & their main competitor and this is by far, the worst rental I've been in. I told them that I would NOT be staying the additional 2 days on the reservation and expecded a refund for those 2 days - at which point they told me to contact VRBO, which I just did and VRBO basically told me that they will contact them to see if they will refund the unused nights - and if they don't agree to, I will not get a refund. So I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and hopefully get my money back. STAY AWAY! This was a horrible experience!

Wonderful !

I just have a wonderful time with family. Kids enjoy the pool and husband the ocean that is just few steps from the house. Everything is as described the house is beautiful, super clean!, modern design and spacious. There is a very nice atmosphere to spend time with family while chatting . The hosts Alfredo and Alberto were very nice and quick to respond to any questions. We needed to leave earlier and everything was arranged for us on-time. The area feels safe. There is a restaurant close the house i will recommend for lunch delicious! People also walk around and offer fresh Fry fish if you want it to be delivered. Lunch is easy to get. Breakfast and dinner we went to supermarket at Merida City but if you have a car it will be easy to drive 15 to 20 min for those meals around towns. This is a place I will definitely come back and recommend if you need to relax and have a wonderful family time. Beach, breeze a must have and this area has both. Local families spend time across the house by the beach but the property is private and secured it did not bother us at all. It was so cute to see other families spending time. Sunsets will leave you speechless so beautiful to watch. :)
