A neat and modern 1-bedroom apartment that is conveniently located near the airport (5 minutes drive from car rental pickup), with walking proximity to the main road with lots of eating places and shops, and less than 1 minute walk from an excellent white sand beach (Simson Bay).The apartment is on the second level and accessible using side stairs. Parking was on the road just outside the apartment on the street.The apartment was clean, in good condition, and well equipped with proper cookware, tableware, kitchen utensils, and a washer/dryer combo unit. The photos shown were a true representation of the layout and look of the apartment.Check in was simple and the place was properly prepared complete with linen, towels (including beach towels), and basic toiletries. The area was very quiet, except for the sound of the aircrafts taking off and landing at the airport (but there were little airport activity during the night). The hosts were friendly and helpful, availabe all the time (as they lived on the compound), but at no time were they intrusive.The rental experience was overally excellent. While it can sleep 4 considering the pull out sofa in the living room, we would recommend it as best suitable for a couple.
