For stays between 24 July 2027 and 28 August 2027, please enquire or make your booking based on 2 adults only. This will ensure that the correct rental price is displayed.

For all other dates, please book using the actual number of guests staying.

If you would like additional guests to stay for part of your holiday, please contact us before booking so we can provide the appropriate pricing.

Our Pricing Policy

Outside the main summer holiday period (late July to late August), we offer a reduced base rental rate for up to two guests. A per person, per night supplement is then added for each additional guest.

This pricing structure allows couples and smaller groups to enjoy the villa at a more affordable rate, without paying for bedrooms and facilities they do not need.

During the peak summer season (late July to late August), the villa is charged at a single fixed weekly rate, regardless of the number of guests staying (up to the maximum occupancy).

The additional guest supplement applies to all guests using a bed, including children. However, babies and toddlers sleeping in a cot stay free of charge.

If you are booking outside the peak summer period, please include:

All adults
All children who will be using a bed
Please do not include babies or toddlers who will be sleeping in a cot

Instead, simply let us know if you require a travel cot and/or high chair for each child, and we will be happy to provide them

Villa Susana is nestled just off the N124, east of São Bartolomeu de Messines, in a peaceful and private setting with stunning south-facing views stretching towards the Algarve coastline.

The villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, a private swimming pool, sun terrace, formal gardens, and a covered barbecue and dining area—perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday.

Ideally located, Villa Susana is just 20 minutes from the beautiful Algarve beaches, 15 minutes from several excellent golf courses, and 20 minutes from shopping centres and local attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the region.

*Pool heating is available for €22 per day.

Villa Susana offers three comfortable bedrooms, including two with en-suite shower rooms, while the third bedroom is served by a spacious family bathroom.

The bright, open-plan living area provides a welcoming space to relax, with comfortable seating, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen designed for effortless holiday living.

Outside, you'll find a covered terrace for dining and relaxing, complete with a traditional Portuguese barbecue. A spacious sun terrace and a generous private swimming pool provide the perfect setting to unwind while enjoying the spectacular views across the Algarve countryside towards the beautiful south coast.

Air conditioning is provided in two of the three bedrooms. The third bedroom is located at the rear of the villa, where it remains naturally cooler during the summer months, providing a comfortable night's sleep.
