Inside, comfort meets modern design. The top floor offers two spacious double bedrooms and one smaller double room, all sharing a fantastic balcony with lovely views, along with a large bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub.

On the ground floor, discover a stylish open-plan kitchen and dining area, filled with natural light from large sliding doors that open directly to the pool. This level also includes a chic bathroom with a shower.

In the basement, unwind in your private lounge, complete with a big sofa and TV—the perfect spot for cosy movie nights.

Self-check-in:
· A week before your arrival you will receive an e-mail with house details (location and how to get the keys) and instructions to pay the safety deposit so you will be asked to provide your email
· Check-in – 16h
· Check-out – 10h

Emergency number:
· In your check-in will be provided with an emergency number to be used in case of urgent matters. This number will be sent by e-mail.

House Rules:
· 500 € as a safety deposit one week before entering the house. The amount will be refunded up to 1 week after check-out and will only be deducted in case of damage to the property.
· Pets are not allowed
· Smoking is not allowed
· It is not allowed for parties

· Extra Guests: Not allowed

Tourist tax:
€2 per day, per person, for a maximum of 7 days
