Great for entertaining this spacious single family home in Silverthorne, CO is available. The home is located in Summit County within a 20 minute drive to many ski resorts and national parks, you will always have an assortment of outdoor activities at your fingertips.

Features an expansive dining room and living area and an open plan entertaining space with large island.

Close to nightlife and shopping the home is steps away from the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks and other amenities.

Open, indoor shared spaces for entertaining large groups comfortably.

There are several access points for the home. A keypad/ digital door lock on the front door, as well as the main garage.

The Eagles Nest neighborhood includes the prestigious Raven Golf Course and its rolling hills. You'll find unique homes in a walkable area whether you're on sidewalks or the groomed trails that are intertwined throughout the neighborhood offering a wealth of outdoor sights and experiences just outside your door.

We absolutely enjoyed this home, it was convenient to ski at Breckenridge or Keystone. Plenty of space so we never felt cramped. We enjoyed the amenities, neighborhood was beautiful! Definitely looking forward to booking this space again.

Annual Ski/Snowboarding trip!

We stayed at another property, in the same neighborhood last year. We already liked the location. We actually had way more space than we needed. It was my family of 6, my sister-in-law's family of 6, and my father-in-law and his girlfriend. My nephew has special needs. We were super happy with this layout, the open main level was perfect for us. I was really impressed that my (large) Toyota Sequoia fit inside the garage WITH the storage hitch attached.

Great house for a group ski trip.

Everything was a good fit for our ski trip, close to several ski resorts. The house has a great layout and very functional. We had a big group of skiers stay here, and it was perfect! Plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The two car garage and large driveway allows for parking for several cars. There is an EV charger in the garage that was nice as one in our group has an EV . We would like to stay here again next year!

It was a great house for our family reunion. The house was spacious where we could spread out and enjoy different activities. It’s close to the attractions in the area. They were very quick to respond to questions. We would return for another vacation.

Roomy house that surpassed expectations

House was large and open! Our group of 13 had more than enough room. We loved the large dining room table and multiple areas to hang out. The hot tub was great. Kitchen was one of the most fully stocked rentals I've seen. Made for a great home base for vacation with great access to trails, mountains, breweries and restaurants and other activities.

Great for a group of Skiers

Amazing large house

We came out from Vermont for an alpine ski camp with 11 athletes and 3 coaches. The house had everything needed. Heated garage was a nice aspect of the house. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting summit county!

Great Family stay

We had four adult couples staying here for a weekend. This house is huge, extremely well outfitted. Signs everywhere explaining everything. Could not have asked for a better location! Owners were very responsive to questions as well. Highly recommend!!

Wedding Getaway

We recently got married in Dillon, Colorado with our closest friends and family. This house was perfect for our friends to stay in with us and our bridal parties to get ready in. The girls got ready upstairs, while the guys got ready downstairs. Everything was absolutely perfect about this home and the teens absolutely loved the hot tub! Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful

Wonderful place to stay. Coffee pot was broken when we arrived. Called and had a new one the next morning. They also shoveled 8" of snow off the deck the very next morning after it snowed! We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this house!
