The main floor great room is the heart of the home, with soaring vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and massive windows that frame the spectacular Gore Range and Blue River Valley. The gourmet kitchen, with its stunning granite countertops and high-end appliances, is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to celebratory dinners.

Need some friendly competition after your epic day of adventure? Head downstairs to the game room where billiards transforms into air hockey or ping pong with the flip of a table. We just recently purchased this property and we’re excited to share our new slice of the mountains with you! We are committed to providing a 5-star experience! While the interior is currently cozy and well-appointed, we are very excited to be rolling out some modern, playful updates over the next few months to make your stay even more special. Lincoln Lodge Silverthorne is more than a vacation rental; it's your premium home in the mountains.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the two-car garage, expansive lower patio, and the private Arctic Spa hot tub. Unwind under the stars with the hot tub's chromatherapy lighting after a day on the mountains – it’s an experience you won’t forget.

Guests will receive a unique access code prior to arrival.

A FEW NOTES:

Supplies:
We take care to stock our home with quality name brand supplies to keep you as comfortable as possible during your stay. These items are free for use while staying with us.

Towels:
White towels are for house use only. Colored towels located in the downstairs family room are for use at the hot tub.

Parking:
Guests have access to two garage spaces* as well as space for two cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.

*one garage space available for now, while we do some updates to the house

Quiet Hours: 10:00PM - 08:00AM.

Summit County keeps its roads plowed well, however 4 wheel drive may be helpful in the winter.

Fees & Taxes:
We do not mark up our cleaning fee - what we charge goes directly to our local cleaning staff.
Taxes cover the mandatory 6.375% State and 10% Town tax imposed on all rentals.
Security deposit hold of $300 required. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.
