This single-story condo sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sectional in the living room. Both bedrooms have their own flat-screen TVs.

Sleep soundly in the dreamy master suite, furnished with a queen bed. A double vanity and gleaming walk-in shower feature in the en-suite bathroom.

Comfort awaits in the welcoming second bedroom, furnished with a queen bed. The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

This single-story condo is located on the third floor. Elevators are not available.

THE LOCATION

This brand-new condo complex is a ski lover’s dream destination. Explore the slopes of Copper Mountain (13 miles) or opt for a day at Keystone Resort (10 miles). The Willowbrook Trail (1.5 miles) and Old Dillon Reservoir (5 miles) are favorite hiking spots in the warmer months.

The Blue River is steps from your door -- pick up a fishing pole and some bait at Cutthroat Anglers (1.6 miles). Then refuel at downtown Silverthorne’s eclectic eateries.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location and beautiful views

The place was amazing, very clean, great size, and wonderful location. Best part was the deck overlooking the Blue River. Opening the windows and listening to the River at night time put us right to sleep.

Great Place!

I've stayed at several places in Summit County, including some of the best resorts money can buy and we absolutely loved this place! Great location, awesome view of the mountains and Blue River, comfortable and "pretty clean" (I'm a super clean basically germaphobe type person) so pretty clean would be satisfactory + to most people. There were a few things like musty blankets and pillow smells (which was fine because I brought my own) but otherwise the place was fantastic! Would stay again and definitely recommend to others!! FYI - we originally planned for our teenage daughter to come with us but she got a job so she stayed home - it was the perfect size for my husband and I. It may have been a little crowded had our daughter ended up coming along.

The listing makes it sound like the A/C isn’t really a problem and with it being in the mountains and cool we didn’t think it would be an issue. It was. We both hardly slept the few nights we were there because it was so hot. Do not recommend during the summer. Otherwise, it was a nice and clean place.

Perfect for family of 4

This rental was perfect for my 11-year-old, my nine-year-old, my husband and myself. It was very clean, nicely decorated, with a washer/dryer and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It also had a beautiful view of the river with a running trail right next to it that went for miles. I would recommend this place to anybody. The property managers at turnkey were also very responsive to my text messages.

My daughters and I make an annual Colorado trip to hike and explore. We choose the condo because of it's location and ease of access to the enormous playground around us in every direction. The condo was beautiful and very relaxing after a long day of exploring 😊

Attractive and well-appointed--other things you might want to know

This is a very attractive and well-appointed condo on the third floor of a condo complex right on Highway 9. It is in the back row and most of the windows look north and east with the Blue River down below. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are far apart providing privacy for families. A peak-a-boo view of the higher peaks can be had from the deck and kitchen window. I slept in the master bedroom overlooking the river. With the hot temps we've been having, you will want to open the bedroom window (it is heavy and sticks a bit) for ventilation and to hear the river. There are a few power lines in view but the room is completely dark at night (no annoying outside lighting) and the bed is very comfortable. You really don't hear any traffic noise unless you go out on the deck. I really liked this property and only wish it had air conditioning for those hot summer days. Overall, a very nice experience.) The possibility for an early check-in and/or late check-out was much appreciated but may not always be available.

Let the sound of the river take you away

This was a perfect rental. From the perfectly thought out decor to the river right out the sliding doors. Felt more like a modern home then being in a rental. Plenty of space, beds are very comfortable, extra linens and towels. Loved listening to the river at night. Many morning having coffee on the balcony enjoying our morning coffee. The only thing o would recommend is having a broom. No way to sweep up the floors. Very minor issue. Close to restaurants, shopping, hikes and Lake Dilllon. Would highly recommend this space to anyone.
