Conveniently located in the heart of Summit County, this Rolling Ridge Retreat is the ideal getaway if youâre looking to explore all that the area has to offer. The central location at the base of Wildernest in Silverthorne means you are only a short drive to Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland Ski Areas, each offering fabulous skiing, snowboarding and on-mountain activities. If you're visiting for the summer, you can enjoy the hundreds of miles of mountain biking trails, single track, downhill and road biking, and hiking trails located nearby. If water sports are more your speed, we highly recommend exploring the Dillon Reservoir. Spend a lovely summer day kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, or take in the majestic surrounding mountain views from a pontoon boat!
This luxury residence is as inviting as it is spacious. The multi-level design boasts more than 2,000 sq. ft. of space, ensuring ample room for everyone! As you enter on the main level, you are ushered from the entry into main dining, living and kitchen areas. The mountain modern decorative accents impart both luxury and comfort to the space. On the lower level of the home, you'll find the primary bedroom, California King bed with ensuite bathroom, and doors leading to a patio with your own private hot tub! The area is fenced for privacy and a sense of seclusion. This is the perfect place to soak and relax after a day of fun in the mountains. The primary bedroom has a flat screen tv as well. The washer and dryer are also located on this level. In addition, the area under the stairs offers a plethora of items for children. If youâre traveling with kids, this is the home for you! Donât worry about having to pack every item, as this home offers items such as bumpers in the upstairs queen bed, two cribs, sound machine and childrenâs plates, cups and cutlery.
On the third level of the home you'll find two more bedrooms. The second bedroom has plenty of space with three beds, one queen and two full beds, a desk, and bathroom with soaking tub. Or plop into the Lovesac and get cozy to watch TV. The third bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms come with flat screen TVs.
With your own private garage, you don't have to worry about carrying any ski/snowboard equipment inside. With a dedicated area for ski equipment and boots, there is plenty of storage for the whole group!
