PowderRidge Retreat is just that; the perfect escape after your snowy, mountain adventures. This brand new cozy, modern duplex has everything you need for the perfect ski-in, ski-out Silver Star vacation.
Walk in the front door to a large entryway with heated floors throughout the lower level. From here have direct access to the heated single-car garage, which features a ski waxing station. On this level, enjoy the large media room which is perfect for the kids or teens in your group. You can watch Netflix, Prime, SportsNet etc. while relaxing on the large sectional at the end of the day or play numerous puzzles and board games. There is also a powder room just off the media room.
Head on upstairs to the main living area. This warm and inviting space has a large dining room table that seats 10, a modern and well-stocked kitchen and a cozy living room. Youâll also find your private 6 person hot tub on the front deck, just off the living room.
Ski out across the street and ski in right to the back door to the large ski room â with lots of hooks, cubbies, ski and snowboard racks, plus a boot dryer for the end of the day.
Upstairs, on the third floor, youâll find all three bedrooms. And youâre in luck, there are two spacious master bedrooms with king beds. The first master bedroom has an ensuite with a standup shower. The second master bedroom is larger with mountain views. It also has a quiet desk nook for remote work or creative thinking, along with upgraded WiFi. The jack and jill bathroom connects the second master bedroom to the bunk room, and boasts a private toilet, standup shower, heated towel bars and double sinks. All bathrooms on the third floor have underfloor heating and heated towel-bars for your comfort. All bathroom soaps, shampoo and hair conditioner suppled by Rocky Mountain Soap company.
The third bedroom features adult size bunk beds thatâs perfect for the kids, along with a king bed.

We are using luxury 100% prima cotton bedding in all bedrooms.
This duplex allows for guests to make sure every area has a temperature set for maximum comfort. Each bedroom and the main floor have heat pump split units which provides individual heat settings for each room and master bedrooms # 1 & 2 have ceiling fans. The gas fireplace in living area also allows for you to keep the main floor at a comfortable temperature. The interior walls and floors are insulated for heating comfort and noise transfer reduction.
PowderRidge Retreat has more than enough space for two families or a small group of friends to enjoy the nature and the snow. You can head right out the large ski room and start your day!
The private hot tub is open during the winter season and closed during both the shoulder and summer seasons.
Parking: There are three parking spots for your stay. There is one in the garage and two in the driveway under the deck roof. There is one security camera outside overlooking the driveway for additional security.

PowderRidge Retreat is a fully equipped duplex with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
Need more space? Rent the duplex right next door if itâs available â check out AprĂšs Escape (#3625922). However, there is a 5 night minimum if you would like to rent both sides. Any questions, just ask!
Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could just make first tracks in the morning.
Your hosts live at Silver Star, so we can ensure your holiday is everything you expected. We are also available to provide you with our "insider" tips so that you will love Silver Star as much as we do.
