First Tracks is a four level duplex with more than enough room for everyone to spread out. If you need easy access to each floor, First Tracks has an elevator for you to use.

Walk in the front door to the ground level, this is where you will find a large entryway with lots of shelves and hooks for all your ski gear. You’ll also find a powder room on this level. Step outside the door, grab your skis from the ski locker and head right to the skiway to start your day!

From the ground-level entryway, head downstairs where you will find two queen bedrooms and full bathroom – this the perfect area if you would like a little more privacy from your group.

One floor up from the entryway is where you will find both master bedrooms and the bunk room, all with their own ensuites. There is also a deck with your private hot tub that has mountain and lake views.

The main living area is on the top floor which is easily accessed by stairs or the elevator. On this floor, you get sweeping views of the mountain ranges and both lakes. Enjoy some family time or a movie at the end of an adventurous day in the large living room with cozy couches, gas fireplace and TV. This open concept living area also has a large dining room with a bench-style dining room table that everyone can sit around and large, fully stocked kitchen for the chef in your group. This is the perfect area to unwind after a adventure filled day on the mountain.

Parking: There are four parking spots outside on the flat driveway. There is no access to the garage.

First Tracks is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Please Note: First Tracks has a year-round occupied suite.

Bonus: The hot tub is open during the winter and summer season. (not during the shoulder seasons)

Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could just make first tracks in the morning.
