Our beautiful upscale estate in the peaceful countryside on 20 acres overlooks Center Hill Lake and the Upper Cumberland Mountain Range in Middle Tennessee.

Located just about an hour east of Nashville, our retreat offers easy access to major event venues like GEODIS Park and the Tennessee Titans’ Nissan Stadium—ideal for guests heading to World Cup matches, concerts, or NFL games. You’ll be close enough for a convenient trip into the city, yet far enough to unwind with peaceful mountain and lake-view scenery without the big-city prices. For added convenience, transportation can be arranged, giving you a stress-free way to enjoy the event and return to the serenity of your getaway.

-All access is by reservation only. No walk-in or unregistered access is permitted.
-Terrain may include gravel paths, grassy hills, and natural wooded areas. We are located in the beautiful rolling hills of Tennessee. The natural terrain may be challenging for those with mobility issues, and our suites and lodge have steps leading to decks and upper levels. Guests using mobility assistance devices should consider this when booking. We are happy to discuss any concerns before arrival to ensure the best experience possible.

Pets
-We Do Not Accept Animals of any classification due to our allergy free protocols. This property must be maintained to an extremely high standard. We prioritize an allergy-free environment, while adhering to the ADA requirements.
However: We will discuss Service Animals on a Case by Case - with proper notification only.

Accessibility We are a private, owner-occupied retreat with fewer than five lodging units, and as such, is exempt from Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), in accordance with 42 U.S.C. § 12181(7)(B).

-Outdoor Experience & Weather Policy Glamping and camping at Due West Hideaways / Tennessee Glamping Resort on Center Hill Lake is an immersive outdoor experience.
-As such, guests may encounter natural elements such as changing weather conditions, bugs, and wildlife. While we professionally treat our property for insects and pests, it is possible to encounter ants, bees, flying insects, ladybugs, stink bugs, and other outdoor creatures during your stay. Please note: that we do NOT offer refunds due to weather, natural elements, or insect encounters. We encourage guests to come prepared for a true outdoor adventure and enjoy the beauty and unpredictability that nature has to offer.

• There are no refunds for early departures, delayed arrivals, inclement weather or reduction in the number of nights reserved for any reason. We highly recommend that guests consider Trip cancellation insurance.
