The home was in an ideal location. 2 minute walk and you are on the beach.Having to go to Beachside Management to put deposit down was annoying. This should have been done by phone.Also, many simple things were missing from the place. Salt and pepper, sugar packets, there was no dish strainer to dry dishes on. There were no nightstands or bedside lights in the master bedroom.Also, this home allows for up to 10 guests. There were 6 of us and only 4 beach towels for 6 people. Very annoying.The beach itself was gorgeous, and the location to the village was walkable.

The house is obviously tired. The master bathroom is a bomb. Toilet paper was on the floor because there is no holder. The shower was clean but the tile is worn out. Asked for a vacuum but was told the broom was all I get. @1000 square feet house. Kitchen was inadequately supplied. Some the cabinet doors hanging by hinges. No ice maker, only a single tray.

Overall, very nice stay and great location. Home a little dated but very clean condition. Pics show a room with large garden tub that doesn’t exist. It has been changed to a small bedroom with trundle beds. Hot water takes a very long time to get just warm. Other than that, great stay and location. Very enjoyable!

Perfect location

The description is 100% accurate and the house had all that was listed. Disappointed no gas grill-very old charcoal picnic type grill and house needed some TLC but otherwise we enjoyed everything AC broke on day 4, called the office and they were so great and Pierce AC was out within the hour and fixed it in 30 minutes. Would stay here again Thanks Theresa

Fantastic location

Pros:Fantastic location steps from the Gulf. The beach is top shelf and the village is a quick walk.The house has a good layout, spacious kitchen, and loads of natural light. ConsThe whole place could use a little TLC.Communication with property manager was spotty and they weren't always quick to respond when there was a little issue.Overall, would recommend. The location is fantastic for a relaxing beach getaway.

Marvelous and Stunning

Took my son and his five 17 y/o buddies for Spring Break week. The house was everything and more we looked at online. Check in was quick and painless. House was clean, convenient, and surpassed my expectations. The location between the main beach buildings and the village was prime optimal. Will be back next year.

Beach Vacation

We, my wife, daughter, son in law, and 2 grandkids, stayed in your beachside 600 rental. Was well situated to the beach. The weather was beautiful. Hector, at the rental company, was very helpful. He even printed our return flight birding passes. We are strongly considering returning.

The location was awesome but the dryer didn’t work and the kitchen barely had servings for ten people. We had an amazing time however so if you’re just going to enjoy the beach it’s a nice place to stay.

Great location!

Our family spent the last week of June 2024 here. Location is great! A short walk down beach access 10 and your on the beach. It's also a short drive or walk to the village. The condo was nice. Large kitchen living room area. A little out dated. But not a big deal. Plenty of room for our family of four. Also having access to the pool in the village was great! Nice way to spend a morning before the beach or an afternoon after the beach. They didn't have a beach umbrella in the closest. So we bought one of those along with some inner tubes for the kids. We left them there for future tenants to enjoy. They do need new beach chairs. The ones there were old and falling apart. But useable. This was our 3rd vacation week in Siesta Key. First at this condo. I would totally recommend it! Can't beat the location. As for Siesta Key itself. The beaches are amazing, the restaurants are great and the sunsets are not to miss. We will be back. Not sure where we'll stay, but possibly here again!

Nice But a Little Run Down

The property was nice, however it seemed a bit run down overall. The exterior of the building, the staircase, the windows were old and dirty. The jacuzzi tub was old and black chunks bubbled up when we tried to use it. The upstairs bathroom didn’t have a curtain and people down on the street could see my teenagers showering. The beds were very squeaky when you move. Very limited supply of towels/washcloths. I had to ask for more twice. Only four forks in the house, and had to ask for more from Beachside Management. We arrived on a Saturday and we received responses then. When our main door would not close or lock, zero response on Sunday. We went 36 hours without being able to lock our main door and no one to help. The location was nice, the staff were kind and great with checkin and checkout services. I would not stay here again, though, especially for the price at peak spring break time. We were right next to a public beach access too, so although we were “on the oceanfront” it didn’t feel private at all.

On the beach

Place is nice. Great location. Beds are not queen beds. There is 1 king and 3 full beds which are much smaller than a queen. Overall nice place tho.
