This centrally-located & Cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment features all the amenities you can think of for your beach vacation and offers an unbeatable location right off Ocean Blvd. This apt. is ideal for small families, groups or solo travelers.

This apt. can accommodate up to 3 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

Special Notes to know before reserving:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- This Unit is located above a Restaurant.
- Small pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one TIGHT space for parking. Vans, Large SUVs, Pick-up trucks or any other large vehicle will NOT fit and are not approved.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.

The previous reviews I read about this place were spot on; it’s a great location but there is late night bar and street noise to deal with as you are right on ocean boulevard and atop riptide pizza place and a newer taco restaurant and bar. The Apartment was/is clean and up to date with furniture and fixtures. The Kitchen is well supplied. Big bonus points for providing quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs and large beach umbrella. Parking spot #3 is very tight but manageable if you have a compact.

Great location!!!! The condo was perfect for a couple and in a prime location. A very short walk to the beach and all the dining and shopping Siesta Key has to offer. The beach chairs and umbrella were a plus.

Great area! Unfortunately the apartment bed was extremely noisy and uncomfortable, also the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and we had to move a very heavy table each time we had to use it! The host was great but we would not stay here again!

Great location and stay! Parking is tight but worth it for the location! We could walk out the door and find food, music and drinks. The kitchen could use a cookie sheet or baking dish as we had an hard time trying to make breakfast but had the basics. Otherwise great! Loved the big closet in the bedroom too!

Great location. Parking is tight but trade off for location. Restaurants, shops, music & drinks right outside your door. Short walk to beach (about 2 blocks). Big closet in bedroom which was great! Very clean and comfy. Could have used a baking sheet or dish but otherwise had everything. I did not see a laundry option but wasn’t an issue. Overall loved it and would go back for sure!!

Although it appeared smaller than I presumed from the listing, this is a cute place! It suited just the two of us well enough. The floor perpetually felt a bit gritty, but I assume that is common for a beach property in a humid climate. The best aspect of this place is its location! We really enjoyed being close to everything! (beach, shops, market, restaurants) You can sometimes hear the live music from the band at SKOAB bar/gill that play from 7-11pm nightly. It didn't bother us, but I wanted to mention it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Nice little apartment. 5 minute walk to the beach. 2 beach chairs and a tent/umbrella are. Didn’t expect that so we brought our own. Very convenient to many shops and restaurants. Not busy when we stayed in September. My only gripe would be that the parking for #3 is hard to get into/ out of. Would have been really hard if #2 was occupied.

Great location.

Great place in the middle of Siesta Key Village. Short walk to beaches, food, and shopping. Communication with the property manager was super fast. Very responsive to every message. Making plans to return soon. Highly recommend!
