Enjoy your morning coffee or vacation drink by the shared heated wading pool(3 1/2 feet deep). “Sea Grape Cottage” is JUST a 4 minute walk to the #1 beach in the USA. Equipped with spacious bedrooms: The first bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds with ensuite bathroom. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. Brand new mattresses.

This listing is for 1 of 2 condos, adjoined by a shared breezeway and pool. The listing for the other condo is “Cabbage Palm Cottage”. The listing for “Royal Palm Retreat” combines these condos for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.

New wall mounted TVs throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. Brand new private heated wading pool (3 1/2 feet deep) with sun shelf and seating bench. “Sea Grape Cottage” accommodates up to 6 people. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart are provided at this property. Private parking for 2 cars.

The lush tropical landscaping is illuminated at night creating a special experience and private porches and outdoor seating are provided for lounging and al fresco dining. Private washer and dryer on site. There is also a propane grill.

“Sea Grape Cottage” can accommodate up to 6 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
• Bedroom # 1, King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom # 2, Twin Beds (2) - Sleeps: 2
• Living Room, 1st Floor: Queen Sofa Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2

SOAPS PROVIDED: Laundry, Dish, Hand Soap
SOAPS NOT PROVIDED: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash

•Coffee Maker Type: Combo (both K-cup and drip) A k-cup and creamer small starter bundle is provided.
•Toilet Paper Provided: 3 rolls per bathroom
•Paper Towel Provided: 2 rolls per kitchen
•Towel/Hand Towel/Washcloth: 1 set per stated occupant plus 1 extra set per bathroom
•Beach Towels: 2 per bedroom
•Kitchen spices/oils are not provided but are often left by previous guests

POOL HEATER POLICY: Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).

PET POLICY: This home has a $15/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

A SIGNED DESTINATION PARADISE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS.
