This 5th-floor, 2-bedroom condo is best for couples, small families, and longer-stay guests who want Gulf views, easy beach days, and walkable access to nearby dining and groceries.



The condo sleeps up to 6 guests, though it is most comfortable for 4, with a king primary suite, a guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests especially enjoy the screened lanai with Gulf views, in-unit washer/dryer, private Wi-Fi, upgraded cable TV, and the convenience of assigned covered parking near the elevator.



Recent Upgrades: Recent updates were completed at the end of 2025 to improve guest comfort and address prior guest feedback.

- New bedroom flooring: Both bedrooms now feature clean, easy-to-maintain tile flooring, replacing the previous carpet.

- New window blinds: All five windows have been updated with new blinds for a cleaner look, better privacy, and improved light control.



Important Building Update: Concrete restoration work is currently ongoing in the South building at Siesta Breakers through mid-July. This work is part of the community’s building maintenance and preservation project. Guests may experience construction-related noise, vibration, and limited disruption during working hours. Beach access, the pool, tennis courts, and other community amenities are expected to remain available unless otherwise noted.

Great stay

We loved our week in this condo. It was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great and all shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Loved that the complex had lounge chairs available at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Siesta Key

The location was good with the beach and some stores/restaurants near by but the unit wasn't as clean as we had hoped. The carpet in the primary bedroom had a lot of stains and the lights continued to flicker through out the entire stay. Since the weather was chilly we grabbed the extra blanket in the second bedroom but it had a large stain on it.

Great location

This place was just like the pictures. No complaints at all. Communication was awesome with owners. Had a notebook with food, attraction, and beach info which was really good since we have never been here before in Florida. Only suggestion I have would be that the living room and master bedroom really needs a ceiling fan. The air circulates good but it is way too stuffy cause if the vast open space, just a lot to cool. Really wanted a little more cooler air when we came in from outside. If you bring a floor fan you will be fine because it is not that bad. Love this place and would definitely stay again!

Great location

This is a great condo in Siesta Key! The master is very large and spacious. The second bedroom was perfect for our little one. It is across the street from many restaurants and bars where you can walk to grab some lunch or dinner or a quick drink. About 7-10 minutes from siesta village too (drive) with a ton of shops and restaurants. The pool on property is beautiful and shaded in the morning. Very easy walk to the beach with a wagon. The complex provides lounge chairs for free on the beach which was a big plus. The parking spot is covered and right by the elevator. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! My only suggestion would be new throw pillows and comforter for the master, they were a bit stained and looked dirty. We would definitely stay here again at this beautiful condo!

poorly maintained property

the AC unit broke down. It took the property 2 days to even get someone out to look at it. From the documents attached to the ac unit it was from 2006, they had not serviced it in 18 months and only had it looked at one time since 2019, a 3 year period.
