Just what you have been looking for, this 1400 square foot condo at Midnight Cove ll checks all the boxes. Located on the scenic Intercostal Waterways of Florida with relaxing views of passing boats and beautiful Coastal Birds, even an occasional Dolphin swimming past. Deeded beach access is just across the street.

This 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom condo is located on the ground floor for easy access and features nicely appointed coastal décor, 50" smart TV in living room, convenient in-unit laundry and fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for your meal preparations and entertainment needs. Enjoy eating in our comfortable dining area or move to the screened lanai and relax while taking in the gorgeous tropical views of the Intercostal waterfront.

This Appleblossom unit features a spacious and comfortable layout with oversized Master Bedroom Suite including full bathroom, walk-in closet, King Size bed, TV and ceiling fan. The private guest room offers two twin beds, TV, ceiling fan and spacious closet. A sofa sleeper in the living room is available for extra sleeping needs. All linens, bath and beach towels are provided for your comfort.

Midnight Cove II offers some of the most lush, Tropical grounds on the Key with paver brick paths throughout providing access to our many amenities including gorgeous heated pool for year 'round comfort with ample lounge chairs and tables for guests. The property also includes private docks and boat slips which are available to rent, convenient picnic and barbeque areas, professional tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball area and even a mini gym where you will find a universal machine, elliptical and treadmill.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll across the street through MCII's private and secure beach access to award winning Siesta Key beach with crystal white sand and the most beautiful sunsets you've ever seen. Take a short drive or ride the Free Siesta Breeze Trolley to Siesta Village where you'll find plenty of fine dining, casual beach venues, cocktails and entertainment, plus fun shops for adults and kids. Just south of the property you'll find the South Village area with more shops, dining, entertainment and groceries, not to mention yummy ice cream and coffee shops.

RENTAL POLICY: Must rent for at least one week. We book Saturday to Saturday only April through July unless other dates are pre-approved through Management. Reach out to us before booking and we may be able to accommodate you.

The post doesn’t do this place justice!

To begin, I received an email with the door code, beach access code, numbers for fast communication, etc a day before arrival! We got to the property, check in at the front desk was very quick.. there is covered parking which was amazing because it was SO HOT! The location of the property is amazing! Right out back is where my son caught a 4.5 ft snook and saw manatees!!! We would walk across the street and there was a tree lined path to a private beach!! Chairs and umbrellas were set up daily for guests use!!! Point of rocks was a 7 minute walk from there. Amazing! The FREE trolley picked up just outside of the property and ran every 15 minutes! The house itself was so fully stocked! Beach chairs, toys, and fishing poles! The kitchen was the real treat
 so fully stocked! We didn’t need to buy anything but food. This place was amazing!!! I highly recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Siesta key fun

We loved watching the dolphins outside our back door and having a pool close by. Next time we will rent a unit closer to the beach side. There was lots of games and puzzles to keep us occupied during the quiet/rainy times.

You can’t go wrong with midnight cove. However, after staying at many different units in past, this condo was the most expensive with the most issues: -Upon arrival there was a pink vape left on the night stand that my young son picked up -The dryer stopped working mid-trip and was not fixed during our stay. Not all units have washers/dryers and the ones that don’t are cheaper per week. -Beach cart and chairs are incredibly rusty and stained 2 of my new beach coverups and a few of my kids sun shirts. -Cabinets are filled with old hodgepodge dishes and kitchen gadgets. Needs a good clean out. -closets are filled with linens and blankets, no way to know for sure if items are washed between guests.

We loved it!

The condo was one of the nicest ones we have ever stayed in. It accommodated our family so well. I loved the size of the kitchen, the spacious master bedroom with the fabulous king size bed and double sinks in the master bath. My favorite? The Lanai looking out to the inter-coastal, catching the bridge going up to let the big boats pass. One of our favorite vacation spots!

Lovely Stay at Midnight Cove II

Enjoyed our stay here immensely. This condo had everything you could ever possibly need - lots of towels and linens and a very well stocked kitchen Gorgeous view and we really enjoyed watching boats travel by all day. Would def stay here again.

Memorial Day weekend

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Beautiful landscaping. It was not on the beach, as advertised, but it was across the street from the beach down a private walkway provided by the condo complex. When they tell you to bring your own toilet paper, believe it.

Great place great location

We enjoyed waking up and looking for the dolphins each morning in the bay and saw them pretty much every morning. we also enjoyed watching the sun rise from the little bench area shown in the pics for the unit. Its a short walk to pool and though the walk to beach is a little further we love being by the bay and away from the busy areas. The unit had all we needed to enjoy the beach like umbrella and beach chairs and the unit also had all we needed to enjoy our stay. We has an issue with the washer but they sent someone to look at it but they also have on site washer and dryer if needed. We loved the place and look forward to visiting and staying here again!!

There was mold in the master shower track. Washing machine was leaking (and had been leaking). Repairman was quick to address the problem. Water leak under kitchen sink. Location was very nice.

Relaxing

Clean, well kept condo area. Easy access to beach AND a nice pool. Walking distance to restaurant. Complex was beautiful with tennis, outdoor areas. We were able to contact agent with internet connection problem, fixed that day. Something was unplugged. We had a great time.
