Luxury condo located directly on Siesta Key Beach

Relax in paradise at the Sea Shell Condominiums. This beautiful two bedroom condominium is located just steps from the world famous Siesta Key Beach. That means there are no roads to cross to access our private gated beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a drip and keurig coffee maker. There is a full array of cooking utensils (pot and pans, mixing bowls, etc.) in addition to a slow cooker and an indoor/outdoor electric grill.

There is a 65 inch smart TV in the living room. The master has a 45 inch HDTV and the second bedroom has a 37 inch HDTV. Wifi is free throughout. Plantation shutters are installed on all windows and the sliding door in the master. The dining room table seats six and the couch, love seat and reclining chair are perfect for relaxing and/or watching
TV. Or you can enjoy the cool gulf breezes on your private lanai.

The Sea Shell Condonminium beachfront complex is one of the most convenient locations on Siesta Key. Directly across the street you have a multitude of shopping, dining and sightseeing experiences. Sea Shell feature a large heated pool with a spacious pool deck. We provide beach towels for our guests along with upright and lounge chairs on the beach. Beach umbrellas and canopies are available for rent on the beach directly behind Sea Shell. You can also enjoy our new tiki hut to relax during the day and/or have lunch or dinner on one of our picnic tables. Two gas grills are available to enjoy a memorable cookout on the beach.
Sea Shell has a no pets policy.

At check in everything was ready, exactly as described, clean and comfortable with nice beds. Kitchen has all the basic needs. There are food options within walking distance. The area felt comfortable and safe. Our balcony view was really pretty. There was construction going on at the next building over, kind of a bummer due to the noise level, but it was quiet inside the room. We loved the shutters for privacy. A few times some of the teens/college kids were being loud late at night but eventually they quieted down. We had an odd meeting with a security guard that identified herself as Gail. We were on the beach and she approached us to let us know she was security for our property and immediately offered to take pics of our teens. Kind of an odd experience. The beach itself is glorious, the softest sand and beautiful water. Our only complaint ended up being the blonde that was running Sammy’s rentals. We learned she was running a side hustle, rounding up chairs for people that rented umbrellas and tipped extra. She was observed every morning taking chairs even though they were supposed to be first come, first served, for guests. She set them up for large groups that paid extra, in massive circles taking up a lot of the beach space. Someone complained and the property mgr came out and made her move things. I don’t see this changing long term, so I’d recommend bringing your own chairs, even though there are supposed to be enough chairs for each unit to have 6.

This condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for two couples or family. We had an issue with electricity but it was the week it was very cold and very windy. After messages with host he let us know that it wasn’t the specific condo it was the whole area. It was all fixed by the evening. The ocean was just steps away with nice grills and picnic area looking over the ocean. If had any complaint the pillows on the beds were pretty flat. Everything else was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back - it’s Literally just a 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. The condo itself was as described and more than suitable for our visit. The office staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Awesome location! You can see the beach from the balcony! The unit was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Would definitely stay again. Private beach access is great, lots of shops within walking distance and trolley stop within feet of the condo. The ladies in the office were very helpful and accommodating.

Place of Relaxation

The property is in a very convenient location. Restaurants and other businesses is a short walk from the property. It is a quiet place despite of it being nearby business area. I love that it is a very close to the beach and lounge chairs are free (first come first serve basis; need to purchase tent or umbrella). Our unit is clean but need to be updated. Overall, it is a nice place to be for vacation.
