Island House Beach Resort, Siesta Key en Floride, Crescent Beach - Cette belle unité est d'env. 1000 pi2 Il a 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains, grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, tous les appareils, ac / chauffage central, 3 téléviseurs, dvd, dédié, wi-fi non partagé dans, parking couvert, véranda filtrée Ce sont juste des étapes aux belles eaux azur et turqouise du golfe du Mexique. Tous les meubles, les appareils sont mis à jour sur une base continue. L'unité a un lit king size, 2 jumeaux. Ce complexe magnifiquement entretenu est situé sur la partie la plus large de Crescent Beach. Le complexe dispose de 2 cabines de plage, de chaises de plage, d'une grande piscine chauffée, d'une salle de jeux, d'un jeu de palets et d'une magnifique cour donnant sur la plage, où vous ferez l'expérience des plus beaux couchers de soleil! Il y a de nombreux magasins, restaurants, pêche, golf, tennis, navigation de plaisance, parachute ascensionnel, des galeries. Busch Gardens / Disney sont à une courte distance en voiture. Nice villa

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had all of the required kitchen utensils. The beds were comfortable and the extra bedding was nice. Close to the beach with a trolley stop directly in front of the property.

Great visit

Our family had a great visit. The unit was neat and clean and quiet – and the Staff at the Desk were very helpful whenever we had a question. It was most convenient to walk out of the villa and down to the beach. Beautiful. We would definitely come again. Many thanks!

Also, the unit could be left a bit cleaner than how we found it (dirty floors and weird smell)

Fun at the beach

Red Tide was there the first 3 days we arrived. When we went down to the beach there were dead fish and it did not smell good. It made us all start coughing. So our 1st impression of the beach was not good. Maybe they good have taken extra care to remove the dead fish. When they cleaned it and the red tide was gone the beach was wonderful! The villa was great and we loved the pool! We hope to come again!

Family vacation

The beach was phenomenal and the home was in a convenient location to supermarkets and stores. Everything was very clean and the staff were helpful. Only downside to this rental is the carpet in the bedrooms and living room. This is unhygienic and can bring certain odors into the home. In my opinion the home could be updated to compete with the neighboring villas.
