Take the stairs or the elevator to the main living floor, where you'll be blown away by the vibrant kitchen with high-end appliances, fully equipped with cookware and utensils, and a sweeping island with plenty of seating. To the right is a wet bar perfect for preparing fun drinks for formal meals, which you can host at the chic indoor dining area that has a mix of bench and chair seating, and if you have a large group, you can extend out to the outdoor dining table on the balcony that can seat an additional six guests. After sunny beach days, unwind in the living room's seating and TV area and complete the day with a breathtaking sunset viewing from the rooftop deck!

The six King bedrooms have tropical flare and premium mattresses; some have balcony access, ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers or shower and tub combos, or easy access to a full hall bathroom. The two bunk bedrooms have a private balcony and a jack-n-jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the fourth floor is the bonus room with a sleeper sofa and a TV with gaming consoles.

We had a great time staying in the property. A little bit of a hiccup getting in since the code provided was wrong and the office was closed, but the problem was resolved by the after hour service. The property is beautiful, and the pool was well utilized and enjoyed by everyone. Best of the 3 properties because there are a lot of shade from the sun with the tropical plants. Elevator was very helpful and I like the beach chairs and wagon included so all our needs were covered to enjoy the beach at sunset. Thank you!

We had a joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend and this house was PERFECT for a larger group! We had 16 and everyone had a bed, which I feel like can be hard to find, typically someone is sleeping on a pullout or a couch. The house was close to the Main Street, beach and all the fun little coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

Place was beautiful and luxurious. Super responsive to any request ive called in. The first night there we had a bathroom exhaust fan fail on day#2 in one of the master bedrooms. I called and they had someone out the next day to replace it. A pool light was out and let them know, and somone came out and changed it. There was a ceiling fan that stopped working on the back patio, i gave them a list of small items, that if it were myproperty, i would want fixed and they were very attentive. Point is, if u stay at places like this one, let management know when something isnt working so the next family doesnt have 5 different things not working. Thats what it seemed like, quite a few things, people failed to report and got overlooked as being no big deal, but when you spend that kind of money for a week, they should be. I dont put it on the owners or management company, i put it on people who have stayed there the prior week, not letting anyone know. Cleaning people dont have much time to clean and make sure every light is working. I also am in the mechanical industry and have an eye for it. But overall, place was awesome, great location to get groceries and food and walk to the beach to catch the sunsets, the pool was a must, coming in from the beach and wanting to get out of the sun, swimming with the covered canopy palm trees, was great. I would definitely rent this house again. There was alot of pots and cooking utensils and the market was right across the street.
Golf cart and rental car, golf cart was fun to go out on the town and explore the islands real estate.

Elevator was not functioning. Owner told us 2 days before checking in. After a little back and forth, owner pulled the “contract” card. So, a 3 night stay was interrupted by maintenance and still a non working elevator. I would not book with this owner or management company again.

Annual Golf & Fishing Trip

My friends & I had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful property for our annual golf & fishing trip. The home was perfect for all of us - plenty of room & amenities! Very close vicinity to downtown Siesta - can walk everywhere. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect Location, Beautiful Home with Wonderful Amenities

The perfect house for our vacation! The home was exactly as described—luxurious, clean, and well-appointed for guests of all ages. We enjoyed the multiple balconies, incredible views, games, cozy heated pool, and hot tub that worked perfectly!The location made everything so easy: grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, organic gelato, live music, and charming boutiques were just a few minutes’ walk from the front door. It made our stay relaxed with tons of options within a few steps.What truly made the experience outstanding was the team—Liz, Britney, and Nanda. They were incredibly helpful before and during our visit, always responsive with answers, recommendations, and support. We have already recommended this beautiful home to friends and family. It's a special place where luxury, comfort, and convenience come together beautifully.

Great Property and Great Location

I love the property and the location. It was as advertised. I will admit the kitchen was completely empty of any condiments. Basically, we had to purchase everything including salt and pepper. Not sure why, but just want to let others who want to stay at this property. It was kind of frustrating running to back to grocery store to get things you take for granted. Otherwise, we loved the place and plan to return.

Ask about the guests next door ahead of booking!!!

We are a family group of 15 including 5 small children. The property is wonderful, but my advice to management is to more aggressively replace the furniture on the 2nd floor living/common area. It was dirty and worn, which is a hazard of the type of use it gets. Also, the landscaped area around the pool had garbage thrown into it by prior guests. We did our best to clean it up. Here is my only complaint. The property to the West was used by 20- 30 or so twenty-somethings for a stag party and wedding staging area all week. The two properties are VERY close to each other and they really let 'er rip with loud music until the early morning hours and non-family friendly behavior like throwing beer from the balcony to the pool party and dancing on the tables all day long. We are a multi-racial family and when their music began to regularly use racial slurs and the F word I asked them to turn it down, which they finally did. Trust me, we are not prudes, but it was bad. From now one I am going to inquire about the plans of the next door guests when I am paying top dollar for a family vacation with small children. I did find the management company team very professional during the reservation process. Thanks.

okay house!

Absolutely amazing location & pool/spa setup. Beaches are incredible! The sister property is right next-door, they are big houses that fit a lot of people. We unfortunately spent the week next to an extremely loud and rowdy family. We had two little kids in our party and had to go buy white noise machines to attempt to drown out the late night balcony & pool parties they had almost nightly. Siesta Key has a noise ordinance at 10pm but it was completely ignored. The only thing you can really do is call the cops, which we resisted for four nights but got fed up on the 5th night. I’m all about fun but have some respect! If you’re looking for a truly luxury property, this isn’t quite it in my opinion. The house is tired, appliances are on their last leg, pots/pan are cheap & uneven, wagons for beach need replacing. The property provided the absolute minimum compared to other places we’ve stayed with VRBO. We had to rent a pack n play and highchair from a third-party company. We stayed for nine nights and spent over $16,000. The property feels more like a hotel than a home, which could be a plus for some groups! We really enjoyed Siesta Key and the walkability of this property. Will definitely come back, just not to this specific home! Our party was 11 deep - I can’t imagine squeezing the max people into this place! I will say, everyone at the property company I spoke to along the way were very nice and accommodating when they could be. Overall decent home, amazing location.

Great location - we were able to walk or ride bikes everywhere. Plenty of room for extended family!

We came with 80+ parents and their kids and children. Plenty of room for everyone and pool area lots of fun. Only suggestion would be to have sign that blaring alarm will go off every time you open pool door. Very scary first time and not knowing what to do to turn off not fun. Other than that staff great on answering questions. Would definitely come again!

In the Middle of Seista Key

A fantastic property. Stayed here with a bunch of work colleagues and it was perfect for us. Great Wi-Fi. Clean. Most importantly the maintenance team fixed things the same day we called. At one point they showed up within 15 min to fix a problem. The location is within 4 blocks of everything.
