The host was very responsive to the one or two concerns we had. The property was quite clean, Our biggest concern is that the photos on the VRBO website do not entirely comport to the actual conditions of the property. For instance, there is no outdoor grill even though one is pictured. Some of the living room furniture pictured is actually there, but a lot of the furniture pictured is not present. While we had a pleasant stay and it pains me to say anything negative, I feel like its less than honest of me to not say that we were disappointed with the furnishings and the degree to which the pictures did not match the actual conditions in the living room and patio. The condo was well stocked with sundry items such as detergents, toilet paper, foils, etc. The location can't be matched and the other condo owners clearly make an effort to be welcoming and friendly which we appreciated very much.

The condo was amazing in terms of location on Crescent Beach, the cleanliness, the amenities and the condo itself was amazing. The owner, Mary, really has thought of everything, which really made our stay feel like we were at home, while staying at a luxury condo on the beach in Siesta Key. I was in contact with Mary several times via VRBO and text and she was quick to reply and always accommodating. I would definitely stay in this condo again in the future. Thank you Mary for such an enjoyable stay!

The place was nice and exceptionally clean. We have stayed at multiple places in Florida and the floors always seem to make your feet dirty, but this place did not have that issue, which was a first. We spent a lot of time on the patio at night and loved the furniture. Beds were comfortable and owner was friendly and made sure everything went well. The location was great because it was by several restaurants. The insulation was great because there were bands playing and you could not hear anything from the inside. The pools were nice and they were quick to respond to a hot tub that was down for less than 24 hours, which is amazing. I would highly recommend this condo complex and this specific unit.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the condo. The unit was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The private beach access and well-maintained pool area gave us the best of both worlds — relaxation by the water and all the conveniences just steps.The owners/management were also incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. It’s clear they care about their guests. We highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect Siesta Key escape. We can’t wait to return!

The condo was a great place to stay. It had a lot of things you could use and everything was clearly labeled. It was easy to access the beach and pool. There are places to eat within walking distance and a trolley stop nearby to go to Siesta Key Village.

Loved it!

We had the best stay! The host had thought of absolutely everything you could ever need! Even had a trinket dish to put my earrings in. This would easily be a good place to stay if flying. We all commented how nice the sheets felt. Its in a great location, we were able to walk to dinner, rent an umbrella and have a front row seat to the best sunsets! I especially loved having our designated private beach and only 3 rooms on our floor. We had plenty of space and good size tvs too!

Do We Have to Leave?

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo on Siesta Key Beach! The unit itself was spotless, well-decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living space, everything was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience.The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from the beach. And what a beach it was! Powdery white sand, warm turquoise blue water, and stunning sunsets made every day feel like paradise. We loved how friendly and relaxed everyone was, from locals to other visitors.Another major plus was being able to walk across the street for food, drinks, and entertainment. Whether we wanted a casual bite or a fun evening out, everything was close and accessible.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay - Perfect location

The description of the condo was accurate and it is right on the beach. Condo was completely furnished with everything we needed for our vacation including beach towels. Everything was labeled and the condo was very clean. Restaurants, ice cream, coffee, and grocery are right across the street which is so convenient.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our week so much! Everything was perfect and just as described. The unit had every amenity imaginable and was spotlessly clean. My niece loved the close proximity to Captain Curt’s and Orange Octopus, we walked over almost every night for ice cream. The pool and beach were easily accessible and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Overall it was a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Beautiful condo and perfect location to get dinner at local restaurants or get ice cream with the family. We did many dinners at the condo on the beautiful lanai with a built in grill also. Mary had every drawer labeled and provided many extras! Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely spacious condo in an amazing location!!!

Unit 406 at the Crescent was terrific!!! It was spacious-fit our family of four perfectly 
.and we had tons of extra space!! The kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed!!! There was also a nice array of spices and coffee supplies there, which came in handy!!! The dishwasher and disposal were temperamental, but Mary was quick to respond with tips to fix and even offer to send someone up to fix it! (My husband was able to get the disposal working but not the dishwasher-we chose to just live without it for a for a week!) The only downfall of our stay was the construction on the second pool
.which our lanai overlooked! We knew the pool was under construction, but we were not prepared for what that really meant! We happened to rent out the unit the week the workers were scheduled to jackhammer and grind the entire pool deck! 😳. It was super loud and there was such an accumulation of dust on the lanai that it was not able to be used! 😕. We always book our VRBOs with awesome decks, balconies, and/or lanais because we love that morning coffee and evening wine enjoying the new scenery, and we were not able to do that this week! HOWEVER, when I reached out to Mary about this, she was more than accommodating and sensitive to the issue, and she offered us a partial refund on the rental!!! Mary is an amazing host! She was super friendly and always quick to respond! We would definitely rebook- Esp to enjoy that new pool we heard get a remodel this past week! 🙂

We have been coming to Siesta Key for about 5 years, and this was our first time staying at Crescent. Unit 406 is a wonderful unit and very comfortable for a family of 5. It was very clean and stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay. Mary was so easy to work with and very responsive to any questions that we had. The location is great! It was so nice to walk across the street to some restaurants, groceries and shops. Even though the unit is in the street building it was so convenient to the pool and beach
 just a short walk. We can’t wait to come back !

Location is KEY!

Loved, loved the location of this condo rental! Spacious and clean for my family of 5. The pack-n-play for my 11 month old was a lifesaver. One of the pools was down for repairs and so we used the pool next to the beach which was great for my young kids to stay in the shade most of the morning. Beach was walking steps from our condo and private! We will be back!
