This comfortable one bedroom 1.5 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf Side Club Apartments within easy walking distance to the beach, tennis courts and pool. Its location offers the morning sun and palm tree views in the bedroom. Its lovely screened patio allows guests to enjoy the warm tropical breezes. Features include: Two Queen beds in the master bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV | ? A spacious walk-in closet. En-suite bath with a walk in shower with a grab bar. Additional half-bath off the front hallway. Open floor plan with beautifully renovated kitchen that is fully equipped with the necessary cooking items-pots/pans, utensils, dishes, toaster, a standard 12-cup coffeemaker as well as a Keurig coffee machine. The living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment | The unit is fully tiled throughout.

You cannot beat this location. The beach was unbelievable and even better it was private, which meant no crowds! The unit was beautiful and clean. We were so sad to leave and didn’t want our vacation to end. We will return for sure! The only thing I wished were different were the pillows. They were so flat I woke up with the worst headache. 10/10 recommend this place.

Kitchen was Very well stocked with any kind of dish, pan, tool you would need. We didn't have a view, but still used the screen porch a little. Because there was red tide the beach was not ideal, so the location was also good for walking to the bay side pool.

The unit was very clean and the resort is very nice. Two suggestions: Clearer instructions on the QR laundry machines (we drove our dirty clothes back to Michigan) and several of the electrical outlets are very loose and hard to keep things plugged into them. We had a very pleasant stay and so pleased we found you on line :)

I had liked the blue furniture from prior stays. The kitchen items needed an inventory review. I did buy the oven mitten and oven pad to donate to the cause. We did sleep well, which was the most important thing! 😊

The property is well kept, the staff polite and accommodating. The unit was comfortable and clean. We had an issue with a bathroom tap that was fixed within an hour of our request. Enjoy the easy access to the beautiful beach and having a large amount of beach recliners to make use of. Also enjoyed the pool. My husband played tennis pretty much every day and courts are available on a sign up basis. Look forward to coming again! If you want to go to a nice place for dinner on the Key, try Summer House Steak and Seafood!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Year 9 staying at The Palm Bay Club, Siesta Key FL. We love the complex, clean and well kept with fitness room, tennis/Pickleball courts, 2 pools....one smaller on Bayside and large heated pool on the Gulf Side. The only real negative is that most units do not have washer/dryers, there’s one laundry room per bldg in the Club Quarters which works. They need to put large capacity washers and dryers in those rooms. Second year staying in #157, which is 1 bedroom (2 queens) and 1.5 baths. Baths and kitchen are nice and updated. Kitchen could use more glasses but otherwise is stocked nicely. Living and bedroom needs a refresh; couch is just OK, small chair is bad, need a couple of nice chairs. Beds need either new mattresses or nice toppers and furniture needs updated. Patio blinds need replaced. Updating would take the unit from good to very nice. The pictures currently showing on Palm Bay website need to be updated. The unit is always clean and spacious enough for a couple or small family.
