Located directly across from Crescent Beach, with public beach access #13 just steps away, you’re perfectly positioned for sunset strolls, morning swims, and lazy afternoons in the sand. Tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting with lush tropical landscaping and a sparkling heated pool view, this third-floor unit (with elevator access) offers a rare combination of tranquility and walkable convenience. Whether you’re picking up groceries, heading out for live music, or savoring the best clam chowder on the island at Captain Curt’s, everything you need is just a short stroll away or a free trolley ride stopping in front of the building. And when you return, impact-rated windows keep things quiet and serene while the light-filled interior welcomes you home with all the thoughtful extra - high-quality finishes, gourmet kitchen, TV's in every room, and beachy-chic style throughout. **This property is a 14-day minimum rental from Jan 1st to April 15th and allows for a 7-day rental during off season. Community and apartment are pet free. Please No smoking and/or vaping inside the apartment. Your covered parking space is 304 in front of building B. The elevator is conveniently adjacent to the parking and your apartment. Trash to be disposed at laundry room chute dispenser and recycling to be thrown out in the blue dumpsters located on the ground floor.

What a tranquil location tucked away, right of Midnight Pass and close to great locations like Captain Curts! We had the perfect girls’ trip at this property in Siesta Key! The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to the beach, as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. The space was just what we needed, and Dawn was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This South Siesta Key property was wonderful. Our quick weekend trip was nothing short of amazing and communications with Dawn were fantastic. While there were issues with the AC / thermostat night 1, Dawn and the owners resolved the situation quickly. The condo was equipped with everything you could imagine which made our stay all the better. Would highly recommend this property!

Terrific location near Captain Curts. Great space for 3 kids and 3 adults. The beach equipment provided was just right for our family. If there'sone thing that could be added would be the streaming sign in options for TV viewing as it only allowed to signin for Netflix. Dawn was great at communicating after checkin to see that everything was alright.

An Unforgettable Stay at Siesta Key!

I recently stayed at Siesta Key and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The location was perfect as there were so many great restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The condo itself was immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Dawn was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. You can really tell she puts a lot of thought and care into making guests feel at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back!
