Bienvenue au condo 501. Penthouse Gulf Front avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Incroyable vue sur la plage du golfe depuis le balcon enveloppant. Grande grande salle avec le salon et la salle à manger réunis. Lustre sur table de dinette pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Carrelé partout. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec coin repas avec petite table et chaises. La chambre principale et la grande chambre d'amis ont un lit king dans chacune d'elles. L'autre chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen en elle. TV et DVD dans le salon. WIFI gratuit dans l'unité.


Le Sea Shell Condominium est un complexe fermé avec 49 unités. Pour votre commodité, ce condo est actuellement géré par notre personnel amical sur place. Si vous voyagez avec une GRANDE FÊTE, nous pouvons vous aider à louer DE MULTIPLES CONDOS tous dans le même bâtiment et généralement très proches les uns des autres. Les séjours de 3 nuits minimum sont disponibles sur certaines unités uniquement. Notre bureau de location est sur place pour faciliter l'enregistrement et le départ, et pour vous aider avec des informations sur les visiteurs et d'autres besoins. L'enregistrement après les heures d'ouverture est disponible pour ceux qui ont des plans de voyage tardifs, les clés et toutes les informations d'arrivée seront dans votre paquet personnalisé.

Des barbecues, des salons de plage, des serviettes de plage, des ascenseurs, une laverie, une piscine chauffée, un parking couvert attribué (un par unité), des chaînes HBO et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite sont quelques-unes des commodités offertes par Sea Shell.


Le condo est situé directement sur Siesta Key / Crescent Beach, classé la plage n ° 1 aux États-Unis. Nous sommes juste à gauche du pont de Stickney Point, à proximité des restaurants et des centres commerciaux. Le sable de Crescent Beach a été classé «Le meilleur sable du monde, le plus blanc» au Great International Sand Challenge en 1987, battant plus de 30 participants.

We had a great week in Siesta Key! Great location, very relaxing, clean rental unit!

My family of 6 had a wonderful vacation at this property. We utilized the trolley to get around the island. Fun visits to SiestaKey Village and Turtle Beach! Lots of activity on the beach and we saw dolphins several days!

Perfect family getaway

Absolutely perfect Beachfront condo. Just. Spent a week here with my husband and 3 kids. Condo is very well equipped with all the amenities. Huge wrap around terrace overlooking the gulf. Office and maintenance staff were extremely hospitable. We will most definitely be back!

Tired Condo

Over the last 10 years of renting with VRBO I have never been disappointed until now. From a large hole in the wall in the living room, black mold in two of the showers, old stained blankets for the master bedroom, light fixtures with burned out light bulbs, rust rings in the bathroom sinks, corroded flushing mechanisms on the toilet, ripped pillow shams in one of the bedrooms, peeling paint on doors, dirty bench in master bedroom, dirty leather seat in bedroom, beds made up incorrectly and carpeting needed vacuumed. We could not recommend this condo to anyone! If you would like us to forward photos of the aforementioned items, please let me know. As a point of fair balance the kitchen was very nice, however the table and chairs in the kitchen were very tired and needed updating.

The location is great, just steps from a beautiful beach and across from great eating places and shopping. We love you can rent beach cabanas and umbrellas from Sammy's Beach Bums and they set them up daily for you. Sea Shell Condominium seems to do a great job with their outside maintenance and keeping things updated and in good working order. This unit is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom so it is highly sought after and is usually always rented out. Sadly it appears some renters are very hard on this unit in regards to being rough and sloppy with the furnishings and kitchen items. So some minor issues are apparent but the size, location and views make it easier to overlook this.

s perfect for our 3 couples. each had private bathroom. The living area is spacious so we didn't feel cramped. Lost of walk to eating places. Trolley stop just next door. Very convenient to everything! Highly recommend!

Love Crescent Beach!!

Condo is very nice. Overlooking Crescent Beach, beautiful sunsets! Within walking distance of many great restaurants and right on the trolley route if want to head into the Village.

Three bedroom - all en suite and balconies made up for poorly equipped kitchen. No cleaning supplies and lackluster attempt at providing basics for the price.

Loved our stay

Had a great stay for a week, very clean, updated and family friendly. Pictures don’t do the view justice! Loved the double door access to the condo and the walk around balcony. Had a ton of beach gear, like chairs, umbrella, kid toys, was definitely a plus:) lots of stuff in walking distance and a small grocery store across the street! thank you for a great stay, would come back again!

Great location in Siesta Key and on the beach!

Taking the trolley right in front of Sea Shell Condos made all of our travel in Siesta Key a breeze! The location on the oceanfront made for a gorgeous view of dolphins and sunsets (we won't belabor the love bugs though!) Our unit, 501, had the two sided balcony and mega great area - wonderful for the six members of our family to spread out and relax. Very clean with the tile flooring and greatly enjoyed the renovated and fully stocked kitchen.
