Siesta Key Family Property

This was a great property for a family. While you're not directly on the beach, you are right on the intercoastal water way and can watch the boats go by. This unit was a huge living room and is well set up. I wish they had listed all the beach equipment that was there, beach towels, beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella and noodles. The pool, barbecue and sunning area on site are great if you don't feel like walking the 10 minutes to the beach.

Family vacation

The home looks better in person, great view, pool and beach toys supplied. Lots of common space. There was an issue with the air conditioning, which was fixed promptly. Great location. My only recommendation is to shave shampoo and liquid shower gel in the showers, as well as more paper products.

Love this place. Going to make it an annual tradition

We loved everything about this place. The check in was a breeze. The house was very clean. The layout is great. We went with another couple so it was nice to have 2 master suites. Being on the intercoastal was nice. We enjoyed the fishing pier and just lounging on the deck watching the boats and dolphins and even a few manatee swim by. If it was too hot outside, the sitting area was also a perfect place to enjoy the view in the comfort of air conditioning. It's a short walk to the beach and having access to a private beach was a HUGE benefit. There are plenty of restaurants near buy and a short drive to Village, but we saw many people taking advantage of the shuttle. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic property!

This place was perfect! Beautiful views. Large spaces. Super nice pool. The walk to the beach is brutal but worth it. Close to everything else! There were a few little maintenance issues but absolutely no big deal items. We will be back.

Overall great, very minor complaints

House is great with wonderful views. Everything went well. My only complaints are very minor. There seemed to be quite a few ants around the house, but it is Florida and they did have many ant traps. They are also were missing some essentials (trash bags, sugar, etc.). All very minor things so didn’t bother us much. The check in office is not near the house itself which was kind of inconvenient, especially if you are coming from the airport and you have to lug your luggage around town waiting for check in time. They also make you return the keys to the office which isn’t really convenient either. Host does have everything you need to bring to the beach which is also very awesome! We really did enjoy our stay.

First time visitor

Never been to this part of Florida! The beach is absolutely beautiful! This property has been beautifully remodeled! Beautiful views of the water. Lots of room! A/C in family room and kitchen worked great, in the bedrooms not as well. Beach across the street is a bit of a walk, as noted!
