Your holiday home is located in the Kashubian commune of Serakowice in the village of Szopa in the middle of a quiet, rural area. Ideal if you want an independent and flexible holiday in Poland. Enjoy nature: In front of your holiday home in the garden, there is a pond with an adjoining terrace, which invites you to linger and relax. Behind the house there is also a terrace, a garden shed (summer kitchen), barbecue and seating areas, the firewood store and a leisure area for children. The garden is extensively laid to lawn. The property is suitable for holidays, i. e. family holidays with children, family parties, class reunions, cycling tours or business meetings in Poland - away from the atmosphere of a big city. Whether you come to us just to relax or to celebrate, the holiday home and its spacious grounds can be used in a variety of ways. Whether barbecues in the countryside or cosy evenings by the fire with family or friends - whether summer holidays in summer or winter holidays in winter - enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Kashubia (Kashubian Switzerland), Poland. the holiday home extends partly over an upper floor, the basement and the ground floor, comfortably and lovingly furnished. One of the highlights is the spacious living/dining room in stately style on the ground floor with radio and a banqueting table (large table) as well as a fireside seating area with armchairs and a small table. Kitchen on the ground floor, gas hob (with five burners), electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, (room no. 1 for max. 4 persons consisting of a double bed and two single beds for children. The latter can be reached via a spiral staircase in the attic. Room no. 2 for max. 5 persons consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons and a cot. The latter is accessible via a spiral staircase in the attic). A further bedroom is located in the basement: Room no. 3 max. for 4 persons consisting of two sofa beds. The upper floor and the basement can be reached via stairs. Shower/WC on the upper floor. WC on the ground floor and a bathroom (free-standing bathtub) with separate shower and sauna in the basement The holiday home is centrally heated in winter. The large living/dining room has underfloor heating and the maximum sleeping capacity is for 10 adults and 3 children in three bedrooms. The outdoor facilities, including terraces, barbecue area, seating and children's playground on the property can be shared. Firewood for the fireplace in the large living/dining room is provided free of charge. Location description : The Polish village of Szopa is located in the Kashubian Landscape Park, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. In the village (approx. 500 metres from the property) there is a small shop with daily necessities. The nearest towns with infrastructure (e. g. doctor, dentist, pharmacy, supermarket, cash machine, petrol station) are Sierakowice and Kartuzy. Kashubian and Polish are spoken in Kashubia.
