The 800m2 large Villa San Antonio with an indoor area of 150m2 offers accommodation to 8 guests in three elegantly decorated bedrooms. All three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, as well as with their own TV and air-conditioning system. Furthermore, Villa San Antonio consist of two bathrooms with a shower and other bathroom necessities, and of two separate toilettes. The contemporary kitchen possesses all kitchen appliances and utensils for the preparation of tasty meals, which can be tasted in the gorgeous dining room area. The dining room area is furnished with a long wooden table, where 8 people can comfortably be sat at. From the dining room area, one enters the tastefully decorated living room with a comfortable sofa bed, where two more guests can sleep, as well as satellite TV. It is the perfect area for socialization and entertainment with your loved ones. In addition to Villa San Antonio being completely air-conditioned and wireless internet, there is a safe, where guests can safely store their valuables. Pets are also invited to enjoy the beautiful Villa San Antonio.

Glass doors from the living room lead to the beautiful fully fences courtyard, where guests will have maximum privacy. The main feature of the courtyard are the two swimming pools, one regular and one a kid’s pool, which are connected and adorned with a beautiful pool waterfall. The pool is a heated swimming pool with inverter technology which ensures the perfect bathing temperature. The 45m2 swimming pool together with the surrounding sun-loungers and parasols creates the perfect relaxation area for taking a dip during hot summer days. Additionally, there is a barbecue house where guests will be able to show off their skills on the grill, while children will have a lot of fun on the trampoline. Bikes will be at the disposal of the guests of Villa Antonio, which are the perfect vehicle for the exploration of the surrounding area.

Podine is the perfect tourist destination for those who seek to escape the city crowds. However, once you get tired of the peace and quiet, make sure to visit the beautiful city Šibenik, only 20km away from Podine. Šibenik has some of the most important and unique tourist attraction in the whole of Croatia. The city is most famous for having two monuments on UNESCO’s World Heritage List, the Cathedral of St. James and St. Nichola’s Fortress, which is a true rarity. Furthermore, there is a beautiful one-of-a-kind garden with medical and spicy Mediterranean herbs called the Mediterranean Monastery Garden of St. Lawrence, which was completely forgotten for a hundred years, until it was restored in a project of Dragutin Kiš in 2007. Some 50 meters from the Cathedral of St. James is the Aquarium Šibenik, a unique experience of the sea and the seabed with 20 aquariums with Adriatic fish and plants.
