Villa LucaToni - The stunning villa LucaToni is located in the beautiful Dalmatian town of Šibenik. Only 2.5 km away from the coast, the villa offers a magnificent view of nature. The perfect place for visitors who want to enjoy untouched nature and enchanting historical sights.
With 175 m2 of living space, and a property of 700 m2, the contemporary villa LucaToni can accommodate a total of 8+2 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, which offer a beautiful view of nature.
On the top floor of the villa there are 3 out of 4 bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the ground floor there is the remaining bedroom and bathroom, along with a modern kitchen with a dining room and an inviting living room. The minimalist kitchen is fully equipped and modernly decorated. The charming dining room has 8 seats, while the spacious living room offers a beautiful view of nature.
The beautiful, courtyard of the villa has a large swimming pool (40m2) surrounded by sunbeds so that all guests can relax comfortably in the sun during the day. Villa guests also have access to an outdoor dining table and charcoal grill, the perfect way to prepare delicacies for family and friends and enjoy them outside, watching the sunset. The handsome property is fully enclosed by a stone wall with lights, with 3 private parking spaces available.
The picturesquely perfect city of Šibenik is one of the oldest cities on the Adriatic, known for its beautiful cathedral of St. Jacob Curch, which belongs to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This beautiful tourist town is surrounded by several tourist places such as Vodice, Primošten and Rogoznica. A visit to the surrounding islands of Zlarin and Prvić and the island of Murter is an ideal way to spend time in Šibenik. In addition to the incredible gastronomic offer, the city is home to, among others, the widely known Pelegrini restaurant with a Mischellin star. Walk through the narrow streets of the city or spend the afternoon on the beautiful beaches, swimming in the crystal clear sea. In the morning cup of coffee with a breathtaking view, then fun with the kids in a really big swimming survey, and in the evening a glass of wine on the terrace upstairs with an amazing view of the sky with stars We have never met such beautiful, open, happy and helpful people, thank you once again on everything And please don't believe the photos that are much better and more beautiful than the one on them!
