About this space
Our new stylish, spacious apartment is located on the ground floor, situated within a 5 minute walk from the heart of the historic town of Shrewsbury. Which is host to a wide range, of restaurants and independent shops to suit all tastes.
The location and stylish interior makes it ideal for couples, friends, family or those working away from home who and are looking to experience what our picturesque town has to offer. We also have wide corridors for those guests with limited mobility.
The space
The apartment is tailored for contemporary living and boasts two spacious bedrooms, both featuring comfortable double beds. The master suite comes complete with an en-suite, equipped with a walk-in rain shower and there is plenty wardrobe storage and a dressing table.
The second bedroom, with a comfortable double bed, also offers plentiful wardrobe and storage space.
Additionally, the apartment has a family bathroom with a stand-alone bath where you can unwind, and even watch a little TV while relaxing in the bath. It also has a second walk-in rain shower for your convenience.
The main living area boosts a spaciuos open-plan living area with fully equipted kitchen, dining, and living room space, incluing a wine fridge.
For those needing to stay connected, our high-speed broadband is ideal for blending work and leisure during your visit.
There is one secure car parking space behind an electric gate. However once you have settled, you'll discover everything you might require is just a short stroll away from the apartment.
Guest access
The apartment is on the ground floor and does have shared access into the building. The corridors are wide and does give good access for those with limited moblity.

Travel cot and high chair available to hire on request.
Our TV is a SMART TV. Please feel free to log into your own internet accounts but remember to log out wbefore you leave.
We ask you not to smoke or vape in the property. If you do outside, please remember to bin your cigerette ends reponsably in the bin and not on the floor.
We have one allocated parking space, please only park in this space. If you do require further parking, please let us know and we can advise.
Additional rules
Please remove outside shoes when walking in carpeted areas (bedrooms)
No smoking or vaping in the property or out of the windows. If you do smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette buts responsably and not on the floor.
Please remember to respect our neighbours when coming and going, this is their home too.
