You're minutes from Fool Hollow Lake Recreation Area in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, about a 5-minute drive for rainbow trout fishing, kayaking, or a lakeside picnic, and the property backs directly onto that same forest. Show Low Lake, another favorite for fishing and quiet boating, is roughly 20 minutes away.

Downtown Show Low along Deuce of Clubs Avenue is about a 10-minute drive for restaurants, groceries, and golf. The Show Low Historical Museum is also about 10 minutes out.

Outdoor options stack up fast: the White Mountain Trail System for hiking and biking starts about 15 to 20 minutes out. Woodland Lake Park, Porter Mountain Stables, and Pintail Lake are all within a 15 to 20 minute drive.

For a bigger day trip, Sunrise Park Resort is about 45 minutes away, with skiing in winter and lift-served mountain biking in summer.

Check-in is self-service with a keypad, so there's no meetup time to coordinate and no waiting on a host. The entire single-level home is yours for the stay: the great room, kitchen, all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the private patio and deck, the fire pit area, and the heated garage game room. The master bedroom is a real retreat, with a luxurious king bed, a private en-suite with double vanities, a spacious walk-in shower, warming lights, and an oversized walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen, quiet and comfortable for a couple or solo traveler. The third bedroom suits kids or extra guests with a twin-over-full bunk bed plus a trundle underneath, sleeping four without anyone feeling cramped. A second full bathroom serves bedrooms two and three.

Outside, a private patio and deck look straight into the forest. Have morning coffee here, or gather around the fire pit after dark, with an electric BBQ grill and outdoor furniture for an easy dinner. Central air and heat, genuinely uncommon for cabins out here, keep you comfortable in any season, and a full washer, dryer, extra pillows and blankets, and a walk-in closet mean you can actually unpack and settle in.

Four free parking spaces sit right on the driveway, plenty for multiple vehicles, plus free street parking if your group needs it. The garage houses the game room rather than a vehicle, so plan on driveway parking. It's spacious and close to the front entrance. A car is the easiest way to get around Show Low and reach the surrounding lakes and trails.
