Unit 8 South Pacific is on the Top floor of the South Pacific complex in Shoal Bay. The views of the water, Tomaree mountain and sunsets are spectacular from this level.
Shoal Bay Country club, restaurants, cafes and specialty shops are a short stroll away.
Tomaree mountain is also a short stroll for those that love mountain walks.
Shoal Bay beach is across the road, what more do you need for a beach getaway.
Unit 8 South Pacific faces the waterfront and Tomaree Mountain, the views are amazing anytime of the day.
This unit has never been holiday let before and anyone staying here will be stunned by the views.
The unit has just changed owners and is being upgraded so the current photos will change as new furnishing are delivered.
New dining table and chairs are coming around April 2026. New lounge has now been delivered, see new photo.
We have priced it to suit the current conditions which are fine but just needs a bit of a upgrade.
It is on the third floor of the complex.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with views over the water.
Loungeroom adjoining balcony and overlooking the water and Tomaree mountain. The TV only does free to air channels.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a King bed, 2 with 2 Single beds in each.
The king bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and toilet and its own private balcony.
There is a main bathroom with a shower over a bath and toilet.
The laundry has a washing machine.
The complex has a communal BBQ area and clothes lines at the back of the building.
Please note no Schoolies or party groups are to book this unit.
This is a Strata building and all occupiers must abide by The Strata Rules which are displayed in the complex.
All occupants must also abide by the NSW Short Term Rental Code of Conduct.
