Enjoy a smooth arrival with your own private entrance and easy self-check-in via keypad. Convenient parking is availableâsimply use any open spot that isnât marked âRESERVEDâ or COVERED.
We will provide parking passes to put on your car. Please leave it on your car to ensure it wonât be towed.
We arenât available in person, but are online from 8am-11pm CST! Outside of these hours, we canât be held liable for any issues, but will happily reach out to you once we are online.

We do have free public parking spaces. Please only park in spaces that are NOT reserved.
As part of the apartment communityâs ongoing efforts to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, a background check is required. The $15.50 screening fee, covered by the guest, is handled after booking, with clear steps provided once your reservation is confirmed. Access to detailed check-in instructions will be released upon the required screening is successfully completed.
GUEST SIGN IN REQUIRED
After booking your reservation, a guest sign in form is required to be filled out as a screening process to prevent unruly guests from violating our house rules, throwing parties, or disturbing the neighbors. By booking, you are agreeing to fill out the guest sign in form in order to receive your check in instructions.

EARLY CHECK-INS
are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early and get an approval after payment before you have the early check in.
LATE CHECKOUTS
must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nightsâ stay at the listingâs full price.
POOL
Pool Hours: 10:00 AM â 10:00 PM Daily
Pool Rules & Policies:
No lifeguard on duty â Swim at your own risk.
(2) Two guests per household.
Persons under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in pool area.
No glass containers in the pool area.
Proper swim attire is required
No diving, running, or rough play allowed.
No pets allowed in the pool area.
No smoking or vaping
No loud music
Please clean up after yourself â dispose of trash properly.
Please help us keep the pool area clean and pleasant for all residents.
PACKAGES
We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the leasing office and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
LEASING OFFICE
DO NOT enter the leasing office or talk to the property management staff for any reason. We have a mutual agreement with the complex that all our guests communicate ONLY through the Airbnb platform. From there, our team can directly communicate with the complex on your behalf. Any violation of this agreement will lead to an immediate termination of your reservation. If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine.
NOISE/SMELL/NEIGHBORS
We are aware that these are apartment complexes, and though we have had plenty of compliments about how peaceful and beautiful the neighborhood is, we are aware that sometimes neighbors may be noisy or cook/smoke that causes odors in the vents. We do our best between guest visits to alleviate these smells, but sometimes it gets into the ventilation system after we clean. Please notify us and give us ample time (1 hour to 24 hours) to bring you a freshener or spray or plug in to alleviate the smell.
Texas is a hot and humid climate that causes a lot of bugs. Bugs can get into the space. We do regular exterminations to try to prevent bug problems but it`s not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds are given if bugs are seen.
MAINTENANCE
Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general âfix-itâ requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance teamâs schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the ânon-emergencyâ maintenance category and wonât be completed until theyâve addressed any emergency requests around the property first. If it is not considered an emergency by property management standards and if maintenance isnât able to get there in time to fix it right away, no refunds will be given.
PETS
We do NOT allow pets, it is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal.
KEYS/PARKING PASS
If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, the following fees will occur: $50 for new gate key fob or unit entry key fob.
PARTIES
The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200.
CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100. Each checkout is allowed to have 2 bags of trash. Per bag of trash over that is a $25 charge.
SMOKE/NOISE DETECTOR
We have a strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING rule and have devices in place to detect that. Please do not tamper with the device or there will be a $150 fine.
EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS
Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.
LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for your use, and youâre welcome to bring a detergent of your choice to make your laundry experience more comfortable.
The linen and towels are always freshly laundered between every guest visit. Normal stains and wear and tear happens. This enables us to give each guest the best possible value and at the same time help the environment.
***We have a public pool that requires regular maintenance. It is sometimes closed for regular cleanings. Please verify if itâs available on the dates of your stay if that is an amenity you look forward to using. If you do not verify with us beforehand and receive confirmation, we will not provide a refund for the pool being closed for seasonality or weather or cleanings. ***
