Twin bedroom with ensuite shower room with WC and washbasin. Family bathroom with shower over freestanding roll top bath, WC and double washbasin.
Staircase leading to second floor landing, (please note restricted headroom in places) with door to double bedroom with kingsize bed. Twin bedroom. Separate WC and washbasin leading into family bathroom with corner bath.
