With new kitchen appliances, it’s easy to cook a delicious meal and gather around the table with family or friends. Start your day with a cup of freshly brewed coffee on the front porch, where you can savor the peacefulness of the morning with views of Squaxin Island - the historic, pine-laden reservation for the Squaxin Island tribe - or even experience a visit from the local pod of orcas, seals, or otters, all of which are routinely spotted nearby. The well-appointed bedrooms ensure a restful sleep, and the luxurious bathrooms offer a spa-like ambiance. A short walk through the enchanting forest leads to the serene waters of Pickering Passage, ideal for fishing, boating and outdoor activities. The property also boasts a spacious deck for relaxation and an expansive lawn for outdoor enjoyment. Be sure to listen for the Barred Owls calling from Squaxin Island! All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
