Lovingly built by a master craftsman, this one-of-a-kind home is filled with nautical treasures collected over a lifetime spent at sea. From the numerous portholes to the third-story Captain’s Quarters, every detail reflects a deep connection to the ocean and a passion for craftsmanship.
Every piece of wood and brick was hand-selected for this beautiful home. Abalone shells are inlaid into the fireplace and shower tiles, while polished rocks and shells adorn each door knob and cabinet pull—details that make this home truly unique.
Large, sun-filled windows frame stunning ocean views that stretch as far as the eye can see. Step onto the second-story deck to barbecue, relax in Adirondack chairs by the gas fire pit, and listen to the waves crash below. Shelter Cove’s refreshing coastal weather invites you to open the doors or crack a porthole and let the ocean breeze flow through the house.

🛏 Bedrooms
Each bedroom offers its own charm and comfort:
The first-floor bedroom features queen pillow top mattress with luxury linens, along with a couch that converts to a small futon bed—perfect for an additional adult or children.

The second bedroom offers beautiful hardwood floors, luxury linens, and a cozy pillow-top mattress for a restful night’s sleep.

The third-floor Captain’s Quarters, reached by a handcrafted wood-and-metal staircase, is a cozy retreat with ocean views on both sides—making you feel like you’re on a sea voyage. (Please note: the staircase may not be ideal for very young children or guests with limited mobility.)

🍳 Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals or enjoy barbecuing on the deck—all with a spectacular ocean view. Don’t worry about the dishes—washing up with a view of the sea might just be your favorite part!

🏖 Outdoor Living
After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower, then unwind in the hot tub on the second-story deck overlooking the cove. You can also play a friendly game of cornhole with our locally made custom boards, or use our golf clubs and pickleball set for some extra fun. Relax in the hammock or look out at the sea in outdoor swinging chairs.
Bringing your boat? There’s plenty of off-street parking available.
🛩️Flying in? Just a quick 5 minute walk from where the plans are tied down but if you prefer we are happy to arrange for a ride to house and or grocery store (extra charge applies)

We’re happy to host your four-legged family members! We simply ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds. Please note the property is not fenced, and pet cleanup is the guest’s responsibility.
