This completely remodeled 960 Sq ft manufactured home sleeps 6. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed, plus a queen size blow up air mattress for the living room with bedding for all 3 beds. Two full bathrooms with towels provided for each. This marvelous home features a new washing machine and dryer with laundry pods provided, AC and heating, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster for your use. Some spices and condiments provided, as well as, coffee. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans and utensils are all provided. There is a covered front deck, with table and 4 chairs, and a gas grill with grilling utensils available for evenings outside. There is also a fire pit at the back of the house with plenty of firewood available for you to enjoy nature in a peaceful setting.

We have a lighted carport with electrical outlets to charge batteries on your fishing boat. We also have security cameras on the property for your safety.

In case of bad weather, we have an underground storm shelter available for you to use.

There is a small freezer on the back porch with 5 and 10 pound bags of ice for your use.

We are only 45 minutes from Branson, 7 miles to Campbell Point Marina and 6 miles from Kings River Marina. This is a very peaceful location on a dead end road so there is not constant traffic.

Steak Inn, Pizza Hut, Mexican and Italian restaurants, and other eateries are all close for dining out.

There is a new 55" tv with Dish programming available to watch your favorite programs after a day on the lake, or just sit on the deck or around the fire pit and enjoy the scenery.
