Lakefront Home with flat yard. No Stairs Private Boat Ramp and Screened Porch

Thank you for viewing our listing. This is an updated single story three bedroom two bath home on over an acre with a PRIVATE fenced flat lot directly on the lake. No slope or stairs! Large screened in porch with TV on the lake. The house has a large circular driveway you can easily turn around a truck and trailer and launch multiple boats . House has a private wide flat boat ramp and a private boat house. The house accommodates 6 guests. There is an office area in case you need to work and we have AT&T high speed wireless Internet. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and in the media room with 6 media chairs and BOSE surround sound there is an 85 inch smart TV and the outside patio also has a 55 inch smart TV as well as each bedroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker (we supply pods) and all utensils. The cooktop is gas and vented to the outside.Outside cooking includes a big green egg and a Weber flat top great for a pancake breakfast or smash burgers. Both bathrooms include handheld shower sprayers and smart Toto bidet toilets. Private and Quiet with large screened porch over looking the lake with TV. We know you will respect the house so we respect your privacy. We have security cameras aimed at the driveway the boathouse and the boat ramp. We have it set up to where these cameras only work when the security system is activated so you do not need to worry about anyone being big brother. They are not monitored, there is no sound and there is no recording unless alarm system is activated. The Ring camera on the carport only sees the driveway and is for deliveries. The property is secluded and in a very safe area. You will go down a three-quarter of a mile paved road with nothing on either side and turn onto a cul-de-sac with only four homes and our home is at the point - there are no trailer parks or campgrounds with campers anywhere in the vicinity.

I’m not sure there is enough space to tell all of the things that were wonderful about this stay. We came for a long weekend over Easter and from the moment we booked communication was amazing. Mark reached out via text with information about the rental as well as to make sure we knew to reach out with any questions - his words: “no request is too small”. Immediately I knew these owners care about not only providing a stellar property, but also making sure the stay is as perfect as possible. The space is exactly as it looks in the listing, everything was clean and welcoming. Our fur babies were thrilled for a new doggie bed to sniff as well as new treats to try! Between plenty of coffee pods, bottles of water strategically around the house and in the fridge, and the countless other thoughtful items that were available, there was no way I was worried about anything we forgot to bring. And that’s just inside the house! The fenced area was perfect for our dogs and kids to play outside together, and there is also a great, flat yard outside the fence that leads to the private dock. Kayaks were available (don’t forget your life vests!) and rocking chairs on the dock let us relax and enjoy watching the kids paddle around. Open communication was continued through the entire stay, I can’t say enough about this property or its owners! This was easily one of our best weekends, we’re already planning our next stay for spring break 2027! Book it, you won’t regret it!

We had such a great stay at this lake house and would absolutely come back again. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable, well thought out, and easy to enjoy.One of the first things we noticed (and appreciated!) were the Toto toilets and the large, plush bath towels—such a nice touch that made the stay feel a little more luxurious. The home itself is beautifully decorated with a fun “all about that bass” theme, which we loved since we’re avid bass fishers. It really added personality and made the place feel unique.The outdoor setup was perfect for us. The flat yard made everything easy and accessible, and the private boat launch was a huge highlight. My husband used it every single day for his bass boat, and the host even provided an extension cord so he could charge his boat batteries daily—such a thoughtful and helpful detail that made a big difference for us.We also really enjoyed the boathouse and how peaceful the area is. The road is very quiet, which made it easy to fully relax and unwind. Inside, the large TV and comfortable recliners were perfect for winding down in the evenings with movies.Overall, the layout and decor of the home were very well done—everything felt intentional and inviting. The host was fantastic as well—very communicative, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay.This place truly checked all the boxes for us, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing lake getaway—especially if you love bass fishing

Our stay at this property was wonderful. Everything was so nicely decorated and clean. Bed and bath linens were the highest quality. The host went the extra mile to provide amenities, e.g. shampoos, body wash, make-up cloths, as well as the Starbuck Keurig pods. These were a nice touch and much appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to cook with...and they were all very nice quality, not your usual worn out and mismatched items like you find in a lot of rentals. The outside living area along with the great fenced in yard for my four legged child was as exceptional as the house. The lake view is beautiful. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. In short, you can't go wrong with this property.
