The space
This peaceful garden room is cute and cosy having a spacious bedroom with two double beds and a single bedroom.
There is an extra single bed with a full length that can be used for kids or 6th person

walk straight out to the garden through the patio doors and outside Barbeque

Sit back and relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the big screen TV connected to WIFI. Watch your favourites on YouTube. Embrace the outside garden view from the comfort of your sofa.

Hanging Rail/Coffee Station/Mini Fridge/Microwave/TVs/Toaster

There is another TV in the main bedroom. Enjoy watching your favourite sport from the comfort of your bed.

Please note - there are NO guest cooking facilities and other guests may be here at the same time in the other rooms. The garden is accessible for other guests as well.

Hillsborough park and Sheffield Wednesday Stadium are within walking distance. The city centre, west street, university of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University, and Royal Hallamshire and Children Hospitals are accessible by the super Tram.

This place is Not ideal for stag or hen parties
Guest access
Parking is on the street, and a Sheffield tram stop is very close by. The Tram is the best way to travel to the University, City Centre, and Hallamshire Hospital (Only a 10-15 minutes drive or tram) about 50-minute walk, Parking in the City centre, around the hospitals and the university can be difficult

Other things to note
There are a few steps down to the Garden room
The main door is a sliding patio door - push the lock down and turn the key this will open the door

There are blinds to the main bedroom (and curtains)
