Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay, and can also make use of communal facilities.

The building is predominantly used to accommodate students, however our studios are located in a separate wing.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the City Centre, you are within walking distance of most major attractions and landmarks, as well as a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Sheffield may be built on a heritage of manufacturing steel but, today, it’s every part a city. Foundries, mills and forges have given way to centres for learning and a lively, independent social scene. And with the stunning Peak District just next door, few large cities balance urban and rural so perfectly. Positioned in a convenient location, just 2 minutes walk to Sheffield City Centre and close to Sheffield Hallam University, City Hall and other theatres as well as the River Don. We can't think of a better location!



Getting Around:

As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes and the cathedral tram stop just across the road from the building. The main coach station is around 10 minutes walk away and Sheffield Train station is 15 mins away.

Please note: We manage a number of apartments in this building - The unit presented represents our typical studio, however this layout may differ slightly.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
