Welcome to our waterfront home in Shapleigh! Our home is located on Mousam Lake and is 15 minutes to Sanford and 35 minutes to Wells Beach. With a private dock with 2 kayaks and 2 stand-up paddle boards available to you, you can enjoy the quiet comfort of your own waterfront access, head out for shopping or to visit the ocean.

Our home is lovingly maintained and decorated to provide you with a comfy home-away-from home experience. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep a maximum of 8 guests. We provide many family amenities including a high chair, books, toys, and we have a tub for baths. We also have a fully stocked kitchen with spices, pots, pans, olive oil, oven, stove, gas grill, BBQ utensils, baking sheets, muffin tin, plastic containers for leftovers, paper towels, basic ingredients (flour, sugar etc.), kettle, crock pot, and a waffle maker.

With two floors and three bedrooms, there is plenty of space for your family and friends to enjoy the WIFI, smart television or ping pong table. We also have backyard amenities like a grill, or a variety of water games and water vessels for your use. You will have access to (2) 1-person kayaks and 2 SUPs for your private boat launch. Life jackets, beach accessories and towels will also be provided for your enjoyment and for your convenience. Comfortable seating in and outside, enjoy your time on the porch or on the swing for two while watching the children play in our sandbox or enjoying the scenic lake.

Our home is located on a cove in upper Mousam Lake and is within minutes of Abbot Hiking Trails and Williams Town Park. Have a larger vessel you would like to launch; the Mousam Lake boat access is 10 minutes away in lower Mousam, as is the beach. Local eateries to visit like Willy's Ale Room and the Local 130 Restaurant are great places to relax and enjoy yourself while visiting our quiet getaway. Hannaford’s grocery store is seven miles away to get food for a great at home meal, or you can visit other bistros and restaurants with seafood and other delicious offerings. Also, you can travel to Sanford for many shopping and eating choices or travel via ME-4 to Wells or ME-99 to Kennebunkport.
