It is just a short walk away from some of Seville's main monuments and sights, such as: the famous Cathedral / La Giralda, the Alcazar Royal Palace, Murillo gardens and Maria Luisa Park / Plaza de España. Suitable for 2+1 guests.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, smart TV, dining table and chairs. The open-plan kitchen is small but well equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances: washing machine included.

The bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. There is an additional daybed for an extra guest, completing the apartment capacity to sleep up to 3 guests. Both the bedroom and living room are set around the courtyard of the house and therefore it is very quiet inside.
