Charming one bedroom apartment with a large private terrace. It is centrally located on calle San Felipe, near Plaza de la EncarnaciĂłn, and 15min walk from the Cathedral.

The apartment is distributed on 2 levels. On the main floor is the living-dining room. There is a sofa, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances, washing machine included.

There is a separate toilet just off the living area.

On the upper level is the bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The private terrace, accessed directly from the bedroom, is furnished with deckchairs, table and chairs. It is partially shaded by a canopy, making it an ideal spot to have a meal outside, relax and enjoy the Sevillian sunshine.

Other features: terracotta flooring and ceilings with wooden beams. Free WIFI internet connection and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.

The apartment is on the second / third floor of a quiet residential building, without elevator.

Old, not Historic building

Good location,communication, deck a plus, comfortable bed, plumbing OK. Kitchen teeny, cooktop nearly unuseable, 3rd story and no elevator, noisy bar nearby, dangerous stairs to bedroom, furniture worn, lightbulbs out, awnings on deck didn’t work for first two days. Overall enjoyed, but overpriced.

Fun in Old Seville

Though parking was a challenge during Holy Week, the apartment was ideally located, very clean, and extremely comfortable. It was safe,; the bed is comfortable; and the host and his representative were very responsive! Great!

The management company was excellent. Met us right at the door , explained the unit details perfectly.It’s a great location with a well equipped kitchen. The unit itself was tired . Furniture was older and bedroom was very tiny. The bed was comfortable although the linens we very low quality as well as the towels. To be fair the patio was nice but we were here in January so it wasn’t that useful to us..

The apartment is small but everything is there. A terrific location with easy walks to everything. Seems very secure. Was very quiet. And of course the main thing, the terrace, is perfect! We enthusiastically recommend for a stay in Seville. Best for two people.

The property was conveniently placed to see all of the sites of interest on foot. It was bijoux and would not be suitable for more than 2 adults. . The bed was very squeaky . I woke myself up just turning in bed. Room round the bed was limited as was clothes storage. I felt the property was a bit dusty on my arrival particularly in the bedroom. There were two broken cork screws and a cracked wine glass when we arrived. We bought a new corkscrew for the apartment. The sun terrace was wonderful and had a small table and sun loungers which made up for some of the limitations of inside. Overall we had a lovely week in Seville. The weather was fine and we were out most of the day. We had our breakfast on the roof terrace and in the late afternoon we sat out in the sun.

The location of this property is excellent. Pictures are exactly what you get.

We loved the property, good communication wth manager and lots of info on arrival. The deck is spectacular. One suggestion is to fix the shower, needs repair.

Great central apartment with outside terrace

This apartment is situated in a great part of Seville. A short walk to all the main attractions but far enough from the expensive ‘touristy’ bars and restaurants. It’s close to the oldest tapas bar ‘Rinconcillo’ which is a must do experience. The nearby bars are inexpensive and popular with the locals. The sun terrace was a great additional space. The apartment is small but has a quirky vintage style design. On arrival the apartment was clean but the kitchen bin hadn’t been emptied. The shower was good once we figured out that the tap marked cold was actually the hot one! A couple of points that could be improved was the air con in the bedroom wasn’t very effective and the mattress could do with replacing as it was very creaky. The cushions for that outdoor loungers could do with a clean . Minor niggles though and all in all a great little apartment. We would be happy to stay there again.

Absolutely loved it!

1st time in Seville and the duplex apartment although on a small footprint, is in a brilliant location. It’s in a traditional building, up a few flights of stairs which wasn’t an issue for us, it’s really secure in a completely safe area, with a couple of restaurants/tapas bars a couple of minutes away. It’s as described and true to the photos although they can’t give the ‘feel’ of the place as we spent a lot of time on the terrace. The accommodation has everything you need, their hair dryer is brilliant so you don’t need to take your own and the seat and lounger cushions stored under the bed were very comfy, as was the bed itself. We only ate in for breakfast and nibbles with an occasional glass of wine as the food and beverages were very reasonable. Wi-fi was excellent and we needed the air con up and down stairs as it was so hot and also the electric canopies to cover the terrace. Sightseeing in the City is within easy walking distance and we used the City Tours buses. We used the red one at 21 euros each for 24 hrs but next time would use the green one and haggle as we were offered 48 hrs for 18 euros. Taxi from/to the airport was between 25-30 euros. The Cathedral is a must see, absolutely stunning! There were loads of shops, selling everything and at varied prices to suit all budgets. Plenty of small supermarkets to stock up on provisions. Veoapartments who manage the property we’re very methodical from start to finish and nothing being to much trouble and fab recommendations for places to eat, Duo Tapas being a must! Can highly recommend the city and especially this apartment. Go and enjoy, you won’t be dissapointed!.

A wonderful stay

The property was located in a great neighborhood, away from all of the tourist traffic. My partner and I wanted to walk to the sightseeing and this was a perfect location to launch our expeditions. All of the amenities were present although I would not recommend more than 2 people as space is tight. Also, beware the stairs as there is no elevator. The terrace was a great bonus and we spent a lot of time in that space, enjoying the cool mornings and late evenings. The property managers, Angela and Sarah, were great to work with and the reception and exit from the property was quick and efficient. A great experience that makes us want to return to Sevilla and enjoy more of this fabulous city.

Time in Seville

The apartment was very well situated to be able to walk wherever we needed to . Small but comfortable . Not really very easy to put a suitcase in the bedroom which is small . Sun terrace is a nice bonus . Electric awnings worked very well.
