Itâs only 15 minutes away walking from the monumental area of the city (the Alcazar, the Giralda, the CathedralâŠ), therefore itâs perfect to start discovering Seville. It consists of two spacious bedrooms, large balcony, bathroom, living room, kitchen and everything to make of your stay something unforgettable.

OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE The law in Spain obliges and requires that all adults over 17 years of age must be registered.To formalize the reservation you must provide the official identity documents of all the adults staying in the house. This process must be completed before the date of entry in order to access the apartment
PETS ON REQUESTYou must always ask and inform us beforehand of the breed and age of your pet. We will accept your pet, depending on the breed, size and age of your pet and will apply a small supplement per day.Any damage or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest.
NO smoking in the apartment and common areas
SECURITY: Make sure that the main door is always well closed.
Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment.HELP đ with the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you're not in the apt
Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it.
PROHIBITED to host people who are not registered in the reservation, parties, disturbing other guests, loud music
Failure to comply with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion.
