Appartement avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. ExposĂ©e plein sud avec une bonne lumiĂšre naturelle. TrĂšs central, l'appartement est dans la rue Rioja, Ă  cïżœïżœtĂ© des principales rues commerçantes de SĂ©ville (VelĂĄzquez, Sierpes et Tetuan), et Ă  500 mĂštres de la cathĂ©drale.
Le salon dispose de 2 canapĂ©s, une table basse et la tĂ©lĂ©vision. Deux fenĂȘtres donnant sur la rue Rioja. Le long de la salle est la salle Ă  manger avec table et chaises. Cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e avec des ustensiles et des gros appareils mĂ©nagers.
La chambre principale a un lit double (1,35x1,90m), armoire et salle de bains avec douche. Deux fenĂȘtres donnant sur la rue Rioja. The location was wonderful. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see and do and very close to a grocery store and the shopping district. The apartment is beautiful and very well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is very well located on a pedestrian area in the center of the City. It is close to the major sites of interest. It is also very close to restaurants and shops. The check in process was very easy as we were met by a representative of the owner who gave us a tour of the apt and handed us the keys. The apt is clean and spacious and equipped with everything required for a short stay. Communications with the owner’s team were excellent both before and during our stay. I would recommend this property.

It was well équiped but used it only for breakfast
we never found the dishwasher but it was ok.Cleanliness, location were great
.the apt is on a pedestrian street with no restaurants or bars only stores which ensure quietness. We were at less than 10-15 minutes walk to the Cathédral, the Alacaraz and other sites. I highly recommend this apartment

The apartment itself was large and in a good area, but unfortunately, the small details really took away from our experience and would keep us from returning. Our first issue was with the shower mats. The shower floors were slippery, so we requested mats. At first, they misunderstood and brought us two towels for the floor outside the shower. Once we clarified what we meant, we were told they’d get back to us promptly — but they never did.There were also several other issues that showed a lack of attention to guest comfort. There was nowhere to place our toiletries in the shower, no shelf or safety rail, and the provided shampoo and body wash were half-used bottles. In the bedrooms, there was no place for our suitcases, so we had to keep them on the floor. The sofa was ripped, there were no new toilet paper rolls, and the hand soap in the bathroom was half-used and old flowers where left on the table, all of which made the place feel poorly prepared for new guests.The kitchen added to our frustration. There were no instructions for using the stove top or microwave. When we texted the host, they sent someone over who also didn’t know how to use them and figured it out by trial and error. We later found the instructions on top of the refrigerator — completely out of sight. On top of that, the kitchen was stocked with a dirty sponge, no kitchen towel, and a half-used roll of paper towels

A spacious, airy apartment in an excellent area of Sevilla - close to all the main attractions and with many cafes and restaurants. The apartment was clean and as described. We had excellent communication with our hosts both before and during our stay, and they responded quickly to any requests. The apartment did not have some of the amenities of a 5 star apartment but this did not decrease our enjoyment. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, within walking distance to best attractions, restaurants , and shopping. Check-in was very easy with agent greeting us at property.Very nice apartment, nicely furnished. Only negative was the comfort of the pillows provided (single long pillow on double bed). Overall would come back to this property.

Perfect location and a nice apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay in Seville and having this comfortable apartment in a perfect location was a big help. Easy walk to everywhere. Apartment was as described and had everything we needed. Only negative I can think of was that the master bedroom had this weird single pillow to be shared by both sleepers. We made do but it would have been more comfortable to have 2 pillows rather than 1 big one. I always travel with a pillowcase and there were plenty of throw pillows so we used one of them, but it was a bit weird. Otherwise, the apartment was perfect and the location was fantastic. Checkin and checkout were simple and the communications were great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Perfect location in Seville

The apartment was comfortable, spacious and remarkably quiet in on a busy street (probably due to new windows). It was in a perfect location in the middle of town to serve as a launching point to explore the various neighborhoods and sights in Seville. Great communication with the hosts and easy check-in/check-out.

Perfect apartment to enjoy Sevilla

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was the perfect spot to experience Sevilla. Conveniently located in the chic and historic Santa Cruz neighborhood, everything you need is within easy walking distance (there is no need for a car). The apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator and the building is extremely safe and well appointed. The host met us on time and gave us many suggestions for food, drink, nightlife and shopping. The large french doors open up to a small balcony overlooking the street and keep the apartment very quiet when closed. The kitchen is small but with all the amazing cafes and restaurants nearby, there is very little reason to cook. We would stay here without hesitation should we return. Sevilla is an absolutely fabulous city and well worth the visit.

Great choice

The apartment is on a pedestrian-only street, with lots of restaurants nearby. We found two grocery stores very close by, so we could eat in if we wanted. The apartment is spacious with beautiful big windows, looking out to the street, and also into an interior courtyard. Someone from the management company responded within the hour when I had a request. I have stayed in quite a few vacation apartments. This was one of the best.

Attentive host and great location

Overall stay was great. Loved the spacious apt and location. Communication with host was prompt from booking to any questions or needs. A few recommendations: 1) add more shelving space in the bathrooms 2) ensure space is thoroughly dusted especially things like the blow dryer. 3) update worn table in ensuite bathroom For US folks, microwave and toaster are very different appliances🙂. Loved the food in Sevilla! Close to lots of shopping and restaurants and key sites.

Great location and property

Location couldn’t be better. Ismael who checked us in after hours was very friendly and helpful. This was a great choice for our stay in Seville and I’ll recommend it and will stay again when I return!
